Ryvn crouched by the pool, scooping up some of the water and drinking a bit. He had been walking for a long time. Since he had deserted the RDA camp, he had figured the best next place was to find somewhere to hide while scouting parties went looking for him. They didn't know who had blown open the armor, nor who had stolen the long-range sniper rifle, enough ammo to last a year for both the rifle and the SCAR-H he had taken. Best part was there were only one of each of those weapons since they were reserved for elite soldiers.
