History: Born as the second child of a minor family. His elder sibling died at a young age making him the Successor of his family. His studies, while tough like most, pushed the boy to his physical, mental...and moral limits. The result was a magi who held nothing dear to him. At the age of twelve he killed his father as retribution for the cruel treatment of him during his youth. His mother was terrified of him and abandoned him in their household. He was placed into a non-magus household after that and his life was fairly boring, but his studies continued. He also trained in modern day Bujinkan to hone his physical body.
His school life was much different than his home life. a very solitary person his harsh gaze deterred many from even looking at him let alone talking to them. Some people say his eyes burn with the fires of hell and that looking at them will cause you to lose your soul...total superstition of course.
At the age of fourteen he made his first and only friend. His classmate was the only one capable of withstanding his harsh gaze. At the age sixteen He learned of the holy grail war though his studies and decided that regardless of the odds he would win and take the grail.
Over the next two years he gathered all the information he could and gathered the pieces. In this he summoned his servant Assassin bound to him by the shared skills they possess. Knowing who his servant was He considered himself to be the luckiest one. With his talents and his Servants powers, the war is theirs to win.

History:Takamatsu had low blood pressure, and he drank a glass of salt water every day as a result.
The Takamatsu family originated from Matsugashima in Ise. It is believed that at some point in their family history the Takamatsu's had been Daimyo of this area and owned the Hosokiubi Castle. Takamatsu was given a makimono scroll called Amatsu Tatara. This scroll connected the Takamatsu family with the Kuki family. (The Kuki family are heirs to Kukishin Ryu).
Toshitsugu's Grandfather was Toda Shinryuken Masamitsu. He had a bone clinic and a Budo Dojo in Kobe. He was of Samurai rank and Soke of Shindenfudo Ryu and a direct descendent of Tozawa Hakuunsai, the original founder of Gyokko Ryu Kosshijutsu. Toshitsugu's father sent him to train with Toda because Toshitsugu was weak as a child. His classmates would often pick on him until he cried. They would call him "cry baby".
Toda taught Toshitsugu Shindenfudo Ryu. Later he learned Koto Ryu and Togakure Ryu. He was fond of Koto Ryu but had little interest in Togakure Ryu.
During his first year of training he was taught nothing, instead he was thrown around by the other students continuously. He would bleed from the elbows and knees. Nobody would comfort him, they would just continue to throw him around the dojo. But every night he came back for more. After a year of this he was taught his first techniques. By the age of thirteen he mastered the techniques of the school.
Koto Ryu training involved strong conditioning of the hands and feet, especially the fingers and toes. As a result of constant striking of rocks and hard objects, Toshitsugu's finger nails were 4 to 5 millimeters thick. He could not cut them with nail cutters. It is said he could tear the bark off of a tree with a simple sweep of his hand. He later said that this kind of training is of no use today.
When he was thirteen he left High School to go to the George Bundow English School in Kobe. While there he learned Takagi Yoshin Ryu from Mizuta Yoshitaro Tadafusa. When he was seventeen he was given the Menkyo Kaiden to the Ryu.
While seventeen he was also taught Kuki Happo Biken no Jutsu from Ishitani Matsutaro Takekage. It was from Ishitani that Toshitsugu also learned Hon Tai Takagi Yoshin Ryu and Gikan Ryu Koppojutsu. Before Ishitani's death he passed the scrolls of these Ryu on to Toshitsugu. . Once while in the mountains of China, he was attacked by several bandits. One of the bandits grabbed Takamatsu around the waist. The bandit suddenly screamed and, letting go of Takamatsu, fell to the ground holding his face. Takamatsu later said he did not know what he had done to the man, but feeling something wet and warm in his hand, realized he had plucked the man's eye out. He gave the bandit first aid and then charged him for his services.

Personality: Takamatsu is a laid back passive person. While not overly aggressive his years of training has honed his body to supernatural reaction times so fast even he himself is unable to accurately repeat what it was he actually did. While being perfectly fine simply waiting for enemies to come to him to do so would only ensure his defeat.

Master of Unarmed Combat-Takamatsu is the grandmaster of dozens of martial arts and as such is unparalleled in hand to hand combat.
Concealing Presence-Signature trait of the Assassin class, while outside of active combat Takamatsu is nigh imposable to detect even my the most potent magics.
Ninja Pockets-the ability to pull various objects and tools from what seems like nowhere. None of these items can be larger than the average ruler.

Tiger Claws: (B) With the fingernails that he trained to be so hard in life as a servant their durability is increased tenfold and now can rip through wood, stone, and even metals with minimal ease
Mongolian Tiger: (B+) The trademark nickname of Takamatsu has become more than a nickname as his Noble Phantasm has manifested itself as such. The summoning of the tiger is an instantaneous manifestation of his fighting spirit and its intent to kill is absolute. The Tiger is capable of feats of superior strength and speed and is also capable of moving away from Takamatsu though the drain of magical energy is significantly more the farther away it gets. The closer it is to Takamatsu the stronger it is up to the point of being able to hold off a servant for intermediate periods of time. It takes the form of a giant tiger apparently made of a ghost white flame. Alone it is unable to equal a servant but it is more than enough to overwhelm an undefended Master.
