Windows XP:
I used it most of my life. To me? The best OS! But to others they might like Vista Or 7. Its simple. Most use it so I don't have to go into details right? If you want me to please request me to in mail.
Windows Vista:
Crap Crap and more Crap. My cousin has it, doesn't want a gaming computer he says, his vista laptop cant get any better? I have one thing to say. DOWNGRADE!!! Vista has a round start button and has a see through start bar. Its bad for the elderly and people with bad seeing. Not as much download stuff as XP but it still has OK things. With better graphics if you could play awesome games on it i would have it. Its better for watching movies on, that's one thing. Now to list the things that make it better! The reasons i said it was crap is because it is! It has tons of problems! At least Microsoft was honest about that part but still, lots of problems.
Windows 7:
Windows Vista in disguise, why not just make it a update? Its not 7 its 6.blaifhdsakjfhlkj or whatever! I dont know much but if you do please tell me!
Linux:
Oh wow! No problems, no fun things you can do, everything is really hard to install, and its mostly for programing! Thats right its Linux! I have had it once but its Unix with updates. The bar that apple has is at the top i believe. And it have window thingy, you have 4 desktops. It cant do anything fun, so yeah, its Linux.
If you want me to put more on or you have some info for me send it in mail so I can get it easy

The problem with XP is that the software needed to protect your computer takes up a fair chunk of the RAM.

Dude I have windows 7 and to me its a nice upgrade from XP. It has an XP compatability thing in case you have a program that is only for XP and it runs pretty much anything made for Vista, so windows 7 works for me.

I'm certified in most operating systems except on Mac's
Windows XP: Business use this operating system, it is the basics for all of the Global Economy and Business around the world, this system is basic and easy to use, with a simple set up and easy to task around it is probably the best system out right now
Windows Vista: Well everytime microsoft realease a new operating system they release a precusor to work out the kinks in this case, we have windows Vista, the precusor to 7, they basically release this to work out all the kinks for 7, It is a fair system, lots of new features make it trouble-sum to use but it works extremely fast, giving your computer fair amounts of ram that it can still use.
Windows7: is powered by the same engine that powers windows Vista, but it has a simple like XP disguise, because it is such a change font and display and engine power and there are so many kinks worked out from vista, this operating system couldn't be realeased in a update, but this is probably due to money too
Lenux: A free operating system, that works well, i only use this when im making computers because its cheaper than buying a microsoft operating system.
Mac X....etc.: If you like Apple you like apple (:
