Here in the Merchant quarters of Luth'ol is a building which deals with the exchanging of the different tokens received from quests or other means. The things that you can obtain are usually add-on to items you already like elemental enchantments but sometimes is a rare weapon or piece of armor that already packs a few enchantments on them.

((Also note that these exchangable things like the tokens themselves are purely for role playing. Though thought of having guild tokens for rewards in being active or helpful is a good idea and might come in the future.))
