Captain John Slupski
the only thing i remember the movie having over the show was it explained exactly how tomoyas shoulder got hurt right?
That and why Sunohara lives in the dorms, the latter of which is relatively unimportant.
Kind of some spoilers bellow. More conjecture than anything else for those who have yet to see the whole series.

i couldnt get any of if and i've seen the whole series and btw i thought nagisa came back that her death and tomoyas and ushios deaths were all an imagination of tomoya (the doll) and ushio in the alternate world the one that ended what the ******** happened to that are they saying nagisas really dead
Remember the orbs of light that Tomoya can see? Every time something uber-happy happens to someone (i.e., moving on, letting go, etc.), an orb of light appears. These orbs of light can grant wishes (as explained in Misae's two-episode-exposition).
Since Tomoya received his light orb when his father moved on with his life, Tomoya was able to use that light orb to grant his wish and live with Nagisa and Ushio. It's like having a "reset and restart from the last save point" option.
The illusionary world is just a symbolic interpretation of Tomoya's state of mind, or so that was the impression I got from it.
