Blazing sword: calls down lightning and has it strike his sword, so if his sword touches anywhere on his opponent they are electrified with the force of one lightning bolt not to mention the slice from the sword. If kitake needs to he can call down more than one bolt into his sword for more power and when he strikes the opponent all of the lightning charged into his sword is released or only some of it.
Blazing palm
razz reformes blazing sword except he slices his palm and absorbes the lightning into himself with no harm, this makes him stronger,lighter and faster and he can shoot the bolt out of his palm at anytime losing the enhansements. the downfall to this technique is that he can only absorb one bolt at a time.

Biography Before Death: Kitake Kyora was the chef for a wealthy shogun in life. It was very tedious and boring. As a result he loves adventure hates boardgames and cooking. He was killed along with everybody else in the palace when a large group of bandits raided the castle.
Biography After Death: Kitake kyora was born again in Rukongai district 34. District 34 has a reputation of bieng boring and normal. Once again Kitake was stuck with a boring, easy, life.
At the age of 17 He decided to Join the soul reaper academy,he graduated 3rd in his class and would have graduated first except he couldnt fully control his shikai yet...
He was placed in 5th seat of the 7th squad.
one night on a patrol of the outskirts of the rukongai he and the 2 other members of the patrol were attacked by a trio of rouge hallows. the other members of his patrol were crushed. One of them bieng his best friend.
So he activated his shikai and was so raging with spiritual pressure that it completely skipped shikai and went straight to Bankai.
I suffice to say the arrancar were annihilated.
At that same tims sajin komamura awoke to a loud and bright crack of lightning and laughter. He used flash step to see what was wrong and he saw kitake kyora slaughtering and sobbing at the arrancar. being smart he quickly realized what had happend when he saw the bodies. He managed to calm kitake down and quickly premoted him to luitenant but he told no one of his bankai because he respected his captain.
But after awhile he got bored so he decided to challenge his captain for his position.
