The year is 1862, and the American Civil War has been going on for a year now. Many have died, and still there are more deaths to come. Many men on both sides have died, and the carnage is unbelievable. Still, despite the horrors, they fight. Men still bleed, they still die. It seems as if the war will never end!
The war goes on, even in the Arizona Territory, where people are just as diversely opinionated as the rest of the former America. There is the 6th Arizona Infantry, loyal to the United States, and there is the 1st Arizona Infantry, loyal to the Confederacy.
Which side are you on?
(Yes, to those of you who have seen this, it is an old rp that I had previously posted in two other guilds of mine.))
Notes:
We will be using just these two regiments to reduce confusion as to units. (There were several hundred Union and Confederate regiments- so we'll just use two.) It will be as if these two units are constantly fighting each other (through different battles, though, not just one giant battle.)
Post your profile here on this thread, and I'll add it to the accepted characters. Also, Confederates post in red, Union in blue. If you for some reason, choose to be a civilian, post in bolded black.

Which Army/unit?: C.S.A.- 1st AZ Infantry
Age: 22
Appearance: There is no picture of Cole. Cole is tall and reasonably muscled, standing in at 6' 5'' and 175 pounds. He has sandy yellow hair and a stubbly chin, with fierce blue eyes.
About my character: Cole's parents were murdered by the Apaches when he was fifteen. This got the idea into his head that he was a fast gunman- and he was. He is a right-fair gunslinger. He is quick to anger, but loyal as you could be. He is usually found brooding quietly.
Weapons: Along with his regulation Mississippi Rifle, he carries a bowie knife, and two Peacemaker pistols.
