As always, the Gaia TOS apply in this forum. As do all the other rules, but I am very loose on the randomness in this forum. You may post your own topics, but if you feel the need to, post in the stickies. The stickies are just for general discussion about any Manga or Anime, debates, or whatever, whereas your own topics will probably be a little more specific. Feel free to PM me if you see someone breaking my OWN rules. (Not the TOS, if they violate gaia's own rules, then report them, please.)
