I've heard people say that the older games are better than the newer ones, but since i've not yet had the experience of playing one of the older games, I'd say my fav game so far is Sonic Unleashed.

I found a game called SRB2 when I was looking for sonic games online when I came accross it. apparently it stands for Sonic Robo Blast 2.

I loved all the old games. I really think the new games are basic crap.... Mostly because of the plots. Sonic unleased was the worst i ever played. it made me think twice on if i should still like the games. I think i sent hate mail to Sega for it. >>; You guys don't know Sonic till you played from the first game all the way up. Sega lost the love of a good storyline. Q~Q

I agree. I think the best Sonic game ever made (to date) was Sonic 3 & Knuckles. The original Sonic Adventure was cool too.

Truth be told, I haven't even played any Sonic games past Sonic Adventure, only because I traditionally have not owned any consoles that the games were released on. But I've heard plenty of stories saying they suck.
