They are silence. They are death. They hide in the shadows, waiting to strike. They are the Eagle Clan. An order of deadly assassins focused of shaping the world as they see fit. For better, and for worse. They reside in darkness, places you will never notice. They are silence. They are death. They hide in the shadows. You will never see it coming.
The Eagle Clan is a group of assassins devoted to change the world. They target world leaders, merchant-lords, and anyone they see as a threat to their group. They reside in Altinor. Hiding underground, away from the rest of the world. But with the rise of the Omaki Empire, their clan is growing smaller. Most of the members become traitors, leave because of fear, or are killed during assaults. Shino Neskaski, the general of Omaki's army, is focused on killing every last assassin in an attempt to protect his king. It is up to what's left of these killers to save their clan, their friends, and the only place they call home.

NOTES
This role-play is based around medieval fantasy. With the many fatalities, the clan has been accepting more and more teenage assassins. But, even with this fact, they are still viewed as students. The magical races in the world are extremely rare. But they have become more common among assassins and thieves, they look after each other. Magic is uncommon in the world, and even rarer among assassins. Those who do use magic usually use it for stealth and survival, or as another way to protect the clan. Mages usually bare an arcane symbol on their shoulder, arm, and/or back. They also have deep, mysterious eyes. It takes place in a fictional country called Alnitor. If there is anything else you would like to know about the characters, world, or anything else involving the role-play, please ask. I will be happy to help.

Acepted Assassins: USERNAME: Champion Gage Character Name: Alten Nasigo Nickname: Blade Race: Human/shadow blood Age: 19 Date Born: 2/november Appearance: Wears Wight cloak w/ hood. Brown hair, blue eyes. Favored Weapon: Hidden Blade Personality: Quiet. Bold. Leader. Altenex usually becomes great friends with those he likes and works with, but is usually quiet and defensive around those he doesn’t like. He also has a strange obsession with how he kills his targets, it must be absolutely perfect. He views his position as more of an art than a job. History: He was an orphan. He never knew his family. He often times stole from bakeries and many other stores as a child, being a homeless child. He was soon rescued into the clan, and spent his teenage years learning the art of the kill in return for their help. USERNAME: Undesired Desire Character Name: Rhona Race: Human Age: 20 Date Born: February 23rd Appearance: I think all of them are going to have the same appearance, just so I don't get confused. Maybe I should use the same names, as well? But I don't think so. The symbol of the Arcane is on the base of her neck, above her shoulder blades. Favored Weapon: Her magic serves as her main weapon, but once she has exhausted her source of energy, she will turn to either archery or a hand and a half sword. It depends on her situation. Personality: She is outspoken and blatantly honest, not daring to care what people think of her. She isn't afraid, her courage is abundant. She feels that women are just as powerful as men on the battle field, if they aren't more useful due to their medicine value. She is close minded to what she has proven and only that; new thoughts are dismissed when presented to her. History: She forced her way into the clan when it was first created because she had a personal vendetta with the king. She has always refused to talk about it. She basically traveled to the ends of the world to escape his wrath before figuring out his enemies were her allies. Other: She doesn't like dogs for reasons unknown. USERNAME: darkestmoonbird Character Name: Yue Sarish Race: Human Age: 27 Date Born: November 19th. Appearance: Yue has long black hair, that is his one vanity. It reaches almost down past his waist when loose, though it is usually worn in a braid, and kept out of the way. He has dark eyes, and cream-colored skin. His clothes are loose and nondescript, for fighting or hiding things in. Favored Weapon: He tries not to develop attachments to any particular kind, but he does favor longswords (As a guilty pleasure, since they're not the best weapon for a thief). Personality: Yue is calm enough, but a bit too impatient with people who goof off. He lives the way of the Eagle Clan, and doesn't have time for anyone who regards his lifestyle, their lifestyle, as a game. He often comes across as cold and perhaps even a bit cruel, but around people he relates to, he's known for having a wicked sense of humor. History: When he was young, Yue joined the clan intent on getting revenge on the person who had bested his older brother and killed him (His older brother had been part of the Eagle Clan before him). Before he even got past the stage of apprentice, he got the idea beaten out of him, and it probably saved his life. Now, after spending so many years in the Clan, he's seeing the same kind of kids joining, and stays on because he wants to keep them from making that mistake. Other: Yue absolutely hates being referred to as an "old man," or having it pointed out to him that he's older than a majority of the clan.

He quietly ran through the halls of the castle. He wondered if his team had gotten inside. Alten pressed himself against the cold, brick wall as he approached a dark turn in the hallway. He peaked around, seeing two guards standing at a large door. He knew that his target was in there. Sir Valden Kesek, host of the underground thief's market. If he didn't die, Alten would be killed in his place. Killing Valden was their top priority. Alten pulled a pair of daggers out of his pocket, preparing to jump out from the corner. He ran towards the guards, killing both of them with one throw. He stood above their corpses, the blood covering the floor. He put his ear to the door to listen, awaiting Yue's arrival.

Yue approached the door to Valden Kesek’s rooms at a leisurely place, looking as though he had every right to be in the castle. He was completely ignored by anyone in the hallway, probably since he had tucked his hair down his collar to keep it from getting any attention. Moving silently through the halls was a thing of ease, and he soon came upon Alten, standing pressed against the door. “Messy,” he commented, stepping around the pools of blood on the floor. “Planning on making a show about this, then?” he asked, with a bit of a sardonic smile. He was wearing a guard’s uniform probably taken from the laundry.

Alten looked at Yue with a grin. "There isn't another building for miles. I thought I would enjoy myself." He pulled his katana from its sheath. Its hilt was wrapped with a black cloth with a series of runes painted in blue. The blade glimmered in the little moonlight that escaped the window. He kicked the door open, running into the room full speed. He threw his sword at every guard within his reach. More and more men began to flood the room, every one of them ready to fight. But Alten had one real target. He watched as Valden was sitting at his desk, panicking.

"Is there a clause in our contract stating that the whole household must be killed?" Yue asked, frowning, as he followed Alten into the room. He casually drew the sword from his hip and used the motion of drawing it to slam the hilt into the temple of one of the oncoming guards. "Because otherwise, this is a complete waste. And very inefficient."

Rhona stepped out of a room into the corridor with a scroll in her arms. She looked at the two corpses on the flagstone, then sighed with exasperation. "Very messy indeed, Alten." She then began to follow the gore strewn path to find her brethren, who were more than likely killing more people instead of the intended target. They had their sights set on destroying the entire castle (whereas she had her mind set on finding any admissable information), and nothing could stop them. "Pure Chaos," she mumbled as she passed through another carnage strewn passage.

"At least finish the job quickly," Yue commented above the sounds of fighting filling the room. He used his blade more as a club, and avoided drawing blood. Instead, he opted for simply knocking the guards out. He didn't bother to go for Valden- Alten was supposed to get the kill on this mission. He and the others were only there as back up, to make sure the young leader didn't get harmed through recklessness.

Rhona had stumbled out into the main battle, dropping the scrolls. Her comrades were overwhelmed by opponents. She drew her sword and took out a guard risen to strike Yue in the back. "Looks like fun, had to join in," she smirked.

Alten dropped his sword as he ran for Valden. The hidden blade slid out from its sleeve, gleaming it the torchlight of the room. He jumped into the air, ready to slay Valden. The old man fell from his chair as the blade cut through his neck. It had been done, his target had been killed. Now they had the choice of killing all the men, or heading back to camp. He chose to stay until the guards were killed. He turned away from the blood-soaked body, picked up his sword, and readied for a long and bloody fight.

To her, it felt as though a cloud had been lifted from the Castle. She could sense it in the guards, as well. They were confused, but still fighting. Their job was done, and she felt it was time to go. However, she stayed while Alten continued the carnage. She sighed and leaned against her sword. "There's blood on my cloak. How am I going to get that out?"
She looked up to see a guard attempt to attack her and killed him wordlessly, thrusting her blade through his lower jaw. She wiped it clean on his tunic and asked, "Are we done yet?"

"If Alten doesn't manage to find the barracks as we leave..." Yue muttered, clearly somewhat irritated, "then yes, we are finished here." The older assassin didn't even need to wipe his blade, but simply sheathed it. He turned to glance at Rhona's cloak. "It will wash out easily enough. There's special soap we keep at the clan to get things like that out."
The assassin turned to Alten with a clear frown. "There was no need for this," he said, gesturing around them. "It's shoddy work, Alten."
