Kane's Scavenger Hunt idea spawned another!
What about, in order to keep things in the Event threads more action-packed, the Treachus invite the humans out for a hunt? They would accompany a traditional hunting party into the mountains and gather food for the upcoming feast.
This could be either a nest or the hive or a particularly pesky and fast-reproducing creature prized for its meat and kill large numbers of them or just one gigantic monster with a lot of steaks and chops on him.
I think this would go well with the Treachu culture.
The banquet wouldn't be given, but earned.
Their culture honors strength, cunning and hard work and this could be an excellent opportunity to test the mettle of these 'scaleless ones'.
Once they brought back the meat they would have shed any notion of laziness and earned both the meal and a place in their society just as well as any other Treachu present.

Very good idea. This should certainly appease to those who enjoy rping out battles and needs a nice batch of creatures to slaughter >: D.
