The long awaited end of the war has finally come to the universe. Casualties had been great during the recent conflict, even the loss of the SDF Macross could not be prevented. And with its loss a great number of powerful fighters, even the young hero Rick Hunter was lost in the fight. But dispite the losses the universe was still celebrating. Even the Zentraedi were in on the celebration. Now the warriors of both sides were returning home as heroes, and they justly deserved to be called heroes. Peace finally had its place in the universe, or had it. As the last Zentraedi ship crossed over it was destroyed. Apon destruction two pods were shot from the ship, crashing into the planet. What are in these pods and more importantly who was the new enemy. This is where our story begins, welcome to Robotech.

background story: Mir is a genetically created girl, though created by who no one knows. The cyclones which was believed to be created by the aliens were actually created by someone else. Mir is supposably the goddess of the Cyclones. .She has no memories of anyone or anything of her past. She was placed in the first pod and ejected from the ship and in the second pod, her Cyclone, which was the first ever made and perfected.
