Okay, since I saw no material relating to this, I decided to put this up for all of you to see and use as you see fit...

When most of us, by us I mean the normal people, think about Star Wars, we think about the epic bang of the Death Star, Palpatine's horrific death, Luke's hand getting lobbed off like a sliced piece of cheese yada yada...

No one, back to the normal people, knows anything about the Great Sith Lords of ancient times. No one knows who Darth Revan truly was or what Darth Malak's own history was beyond the video game...

No one even knew who Lord Bane was! The Sith Lord who STARTED the Rule of Two and created the Sith that we know today, of course until Darth Krayt came along but that's an entirely different kettle of fish...

Point is, no one knows more then the movies, which to me is very, very sad because its a HUGE universe! There are, literally, a couple hundred books out there of Star Wars and god knows how many comics!

There is just so much more out there then the movies, with no one being able to truly delve into it without having to empty their wallets for the next few months....until today ((or whenever, I'm just using that line cause its cliche and awesome lol ))

For those of you who truly wish to know what the inner threads are of Star Wars ((to RP correctly in this kind of Forum, this would pretty much be a requirement)) here is the most comprehensive site known to man- ((and Wookie rofl ))-kind...

Behold! The Great Holocron that is...
Wookipedia!!!!

Here you can find everything, from the history behind just about any character, primary, secondary and even vaguely mentioned in the Star Wars Universe. You can learn Force Powers from both sides and see what truly dictates a Jedi or Sith in their path! This is the ultimate source of Star Wars information on the web which I, and probably thousands of others, implore you to use.

For new timers here, I would read up on the most basic of the basic articles needed to RP. After that, feel free to explore and learn more about this huge galaxy...not so far away xp

May The Force Be With You!

Yeah, same here. I already knew about the Sith Lords as well. Darth Bane is my favorite, he has a lot of great ideals, although how he uses them to justify some of his actions is sketchy at best. But then, we are the most active roleplayers, so I don't know...

Sadly the knowledge I have on Star Wars are only the movies I have watched. I have planned on watching the animated Star wars series at some point but I forgot. As for the other information I did not know existed until now v.v . I will most likely be frequenting that website to better research more information about Star Wars. Thanks for posting up a link to the website.

"Power is such an illusive concept young one...especially by one path...
Join me and the paths of Light and Darkness shall be opened to you, revealing your true potential..."

Grey Master speech ftw xp

and your welcome. You'll find that site is all you'll ever need when it comes to the SW Universe.

True potential lie within those who reach it
True power is when your decisions make outcomes
Great superiority can not be trusted
Life is but a flicker of a candle compared to the force....

Greater superiority can only be lacking of trust without responsibilities...

It is only greatly superior when it is acknowledged and followed and can only be acknowledged by its power and truth, of which will attract others to follow...

Life is an illusion when one sees it as limiting or real. When one removes it as being important, they are longer limited by their restrictions they place upon themselves and can focus on their own power and the true life in the Force...

Great superiority is not something that one should strive for...
Truth is a great leader.... Power lies within lies....
There is no life, there is only death withing the force...
