Maybe...Aang on Avatar State but as a fire lord you learn more bending so i would say ZUKO

Definitively Zuko, he is not only awesome at it, but he had to compete with his sister who was a natural. So he was pushed to the limits to do his best. In the end he beat her with help from Katara. So...that ends that. 3nodding
