If she said 'Dance' that person would dance, but it only lasts for a short period of time. Her powers can't kill, or cause physical pain like Jane. She can't tell someone to die, or to kill themselves. She can tell them things like do this, or do do that. Nothing too huge.

backround info: Her father is Alec, of the Volturi, but she never knew her mother. All she knows about her mother is that she was only her mother because she had potential to be a Volturi guard, and Aro wanted to expirement. She died shortly after Rosetta was born.
Aro took her in like a daughter, and trained her. He tried to get her to use her powers for his own gain, but she had her own goals. She didn't like killing humans for their blood to she got one of the guards to tell her about a coven that drinks animal blood instead. He said that they live in Forks, Washington, and she left that night. She has no regrets. lately she has been living in the forest outside of Forks, using her powers on her doll and trying to stick to the animal diet. Sometimes she plays tricks on the hikers that pass by, acting like a ghost and making them dance.
