This is the place that Teishu trains. It is high up in the mountains where the land meets the clouds. Linea herself doesn't go here that often, but can be found here from time to time. With her permission one can come here and study a few techinque scrolls that they can practice with or without a partner. (note: it is better to have a partner when trying these techniques. Preferably your teacher. Many skills can only be preformed by a high ranked Ninja.)
