The city of Lulth'ol was founded years ago during one of the great wars by two forces members who came from the heavens and from hell and decided that there should be a place for those who didnt want to fight to seek shelter. The angel and the demon created beings with their powers to build this city and then protect it from attacks from the people of this land and allows those inside of the city who seek a neutral interaction with those of which their people consider a enemy.
These two unnamed godly beings now are launched high into the sky in the center of the city in statue. The angel with his wings expanded and shelters those down below from a rainy day and the demon whos feet burn with the fire of the blacksmith's section of the city and whos fire keeps the city warm. The city is watched over by elite half demon, half angelic humanoids who soul purpose is to keep the peace between rival clans while they are within Lulth'ol. They are extremely difficult to defeat by just about anyone and there is not much of a purpose to do so anyway.

Even though the city is a peaceful neutral one there are sectors in the city that are just for certain clans.

New Ballan
The Bartholomew sector of the city. It is a charming place and home to a large flower garden which is water automatically from the rain waters that the wings of the angel spills off onto. But not all of the Bartholomew sector is cute and charm, New Ballan is also host to a very large jousting field which Barths practice their horsemen skills and the game of jousting. ((I'll add more later once i know more about the Barths))

New Pelagia
Obviously the Samura sector of the city. New Pelagia has that which interest the common classes to the Samura including part of the sector under the feet of the demon which grants it access to the fires needed for a blacksmith. But besides weapons and arms, New Pelagia is of course the location of the library of Arcanes which is rumored to be the location of over a 500 different magical spells along with ancient texts of long lost kingdoms and other rare readable/learn-able. ((Likewise, ill add more when i learn more about the Samuras.))

Sector Minus Plus
This oddly name sector is off limits to those common folks and only the guardians of peace and the city are allowed in, royals of the clans, and a select few from them. It is the base of meetings that need neutral lands to met in and is the sector where these guardians rest when they do. It also holds home to a well guarded smaller library than the Library of the Arcanes but is where the ut most secrets are stored, secrets that shouldnt be forgotten but also shouldnt be known by all..

Merchant's Quarters

As with all towns or cities there must be a sector within that is for the world wide language of trade. And no where else is that stronger than Luth'ol City where often the streets of the Merchant's Quarters is lined with booths with merchants selling some of the most bizarre, rare, and unique things thought possible in this world. This sector is also home to the a very popular bar of sorts which serves you a drink that is literally out of this world.

The Darkmoon
This obviously named sector of the city is that for another clan to mingle about in. The rare people from the Darkmoon clan. This sector, unlike the other sectors for clans, is not off limits to the other clans due to the limited population of the Darkmoon and is where most of the restaurants, pubs, and other relaxing social places of business are located at.
