"Are you sure you really want to do this?"
The young boy looked back at the man who addressed him with a smile on his face. This whole thing had been his idea and he was definitely looking forward to putting his plans in action. "Of course I do!" he cheerfully replied as he walked back to the table where his father sat looking over the carefully designed blueprints that had been put before him.
After leaving the Harvest Festival Kahn had a set plan in his mind. He had spent the next couple of days recovering and sketching out his grand plans for the next party. He had not slept nor eaten since before the Harvest Fest, so he was starting to look weak from lack of energy now.
But it was totally worth it to see the look on his father's face when he presented the plans for his grand scheme. It was a lot of work to be done, but it would totally be worth it in the end.
"You will help me, correct?" the dragon prince asked with a small smile. He already knew the answer, but he just wanted to make sure that all the plans were okay-ed for this spectacle.
After sweeping the plans one more time, the Dragon lord rested his eyes on his hopeful son. It seemed like such a well-laid out plan, it was just time that would be the issue. "Are you asking for your curiosity or did you just want me to say yes I would help?"
A smirk crossed the younger man's face as he gathered up the plans and opened a worm hole. "Then we must not waste any time in preparing for the guests," he stated as he waited for his father to join him.
"The plans can wait for a little while longer, son," Azerol stated as he stood and rested a hand on Kahn's shoulder. "You need sleep and food, I can tell by the way you are acting. Go rest, we will need both our strengths if we plan on pulling this off."
Looking a bit sad, but knowing his father was right, Kahn nodded, then hugged his father warmly. "Thank you, dad. Your the greatest," he whispered in the man's ear as he headed off into the castle to sleep for awhile.
Watching his son wander back inside, Azerol returned to his chair, the plans in his hands. He gave them another look over and sighed. There was much to be done....

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I am pleased to inform you that the Winter Jubilee is now in session!"
A smirk crossed the young dragon's face as he stood by the gates to the grand event he had created. It had been hard work but it was finally time for the grand spectacle to occur at last. He bowed warmly to each of the guests, welcoming them to the Winter Jubilee, as he called it, and informing them to 'step lightly' as they entered.
Most of the ground was snow, but there was a large frozen pond to one side of the party for anybody who wanted to go ice skating. There were also small ski slopes for guests who wanted to sled, ski, snowboard, tube, or whatever other winter activities they wished. There were places to have snowball fights, to get out of the cold weather and enjoy warm foods, and to take walks in the snowy gardens. It was quite beautiful to gaze out over the massive party area all covered in snow. it was almost like a winter wonderland.
Azerol sat back in the warmth of the enclosed shelter drinking hot tea. Cold weather was not his thing, so he had retreated into the warmth very early. He would most likely go out at some point, but for now he was just going to enjoy his time indoors with a warm drink.

{Entereth Cozeneth... hehe... lame I know}
Blending in with the snow a bit, a heavy white coat with blue detailing and a dull purple trim, a head of blue hair trudged up to the gates. Breathe steaming in the air, golden eyes looked around, a flash of white teeth came up as he saw the grounds. Cozen gave a laugh, as he adjusted his wings, and pulled his gloved hands out of his pockets.
Noticing Kahn at the gate, Cozen came up and gave a big grin. "Wonderful display!" He said happily as he gave a returning bow to the Dragon Prince. He stood back up and looked around.
Noticing a few younling trying to make a snow figure, Cozen nodded his head in their direction. "This is part of a princes job..." He said quietly as he lifted his right hand and gave it a twirl. Up over his head, then back down his hand went, the snow seemed to follow. Then out away from him his hand went, and the snow shot forward, creating a snowy breeze. Swirling around the younglings pile, the white fluff seemed to pick its self up and create a wonderful 'snow man' or so the humans called it. It wasn't decorated, but Cozen walked over and gave a grin. "Here.. lets give him a face.." He said and the children nodded. Waving his right hand over the face, or rather the top sphere of snow. What his hand revealed was coal that formed a face. Leaning down he looked at it from their level. "Mhmm..." He grinned and tickled one of them. "How about this as well, just to finish it off?" He flicked his wrist and a top hat came into his hand. Handing it to a little girl, he picked her up and she placed it on top of the figure. "There..." He said straightening up to see what it looked like. All the children grinned as the started to add more to it. Giving a wave, he left the group and headed back to Kahn. As he was walking away, there were thank yous, and other joyous comments coming from the children.
Arriving back where Kahn stood, Cozen gave a grin. "That... smiles, the joy of our people, that is what we strive for." He then gave a shrug. "Or at least those that wish to head into power, and liked by the people they rule." He still held on his grin, not able to stop. Shaking his head, he looked over. "Sorry... didn't mean to turn this into a lesson..." He gave a laugh. "Great idea though, credit to who ever planned it out." Giving a bow to some people entering, he looked up at Kahn, his same old grin pasted to his face, with his eyes lit up like he was a five year old with a new toy.

Quietly opening the doors to the hall, a slim figure squeezed through. The only sign of her entrance was the soft ruffles of her white dress, and the gentle clicks of her new shoes amongst the polished floor of the hall.
The womans apparel had taken work, and a careful hand to create, but it was done with a joyful spirit, and an excited mouth. Her dress flowed to the ground, the hem sweeping upon the smooth floor, the light jewels sewed in amongst the layers of sheer fabric, all coming down to a sweet silk bodice, tied with a deep red ribbon. Sora had put time into her apparel, time she'd had endless amounts of.
Her eyes glimmered brightly as she stepped into the grand hall, a soft sigh of happiness escaping her sealed lips, quickly being melded with the songs of many dresses. Masked by the taps of many shoes.
Why it can't always be a ball... Sora thought with melancholy, she always had the most fun at them, meeting the most interesting of people. With a soft whisper to herself, she remembered there would be one person missing at this ball, One who had ties not to a single realm, but to many, and one who had ended to complete his duty, protect his home, and its people.

Kahn laughed as he watched Cozen with the younglings in the snow. When he returned and began to talk, the dragon prince smirked and stated, "Its more of a lesson my father needed to learn at my age, me thinks. Maybe you can teach him someday." He laughed and greeted some more of the guests as they entered the winter grounds.
"You should have seen my father's face when I presented the blueprints for this event to him. He was utterly speechless!" he commented with another smirk. He then added, "I hope to get a similar reaction out of the other guests when they see the grand scheme of things, if you know what I mean. We strive for the joys of our people, after all."
Azerol turned from the large glass windows he sat at to see Sora enter the large shelter. She was dressed for a ball, not a winter festival, and the dragon lord chuckled softly to himself. "Miss Sora, how lovely you look on this fine winter morning," he greeted with a smile as he approached her and placed a soft kiss on the back of her hand. "I believe you are dressed more for a warm-weathered event than an outdoor winter wonderland. Nevertheless you look gorgeous as ever. Can I get you anything while you are indoors?"

Sora smiled softly at the gentle manner of Azerol, always a people pleaser. "Now now.. Winter can be as warm as the hottest of summer days, we warm it with cheer, friend. " She said, releasing his hand, and twirling in a small circle. "I need nothing but a smile, thank you for the sweet offer although." She said, grinning at him. "If I treat it as a ball, it will become one.. To myself at least!" She explained, opening the door to the shelter, happy to go into the snow. "Ha, It seems the dragon lord has forgotten... It is a hard for a fire-breather to get chilled, wouldn't you think?" She asked him, teasing lightly, and stepping onto the snow, the dress making the powder fly up in delicate swirls. "Care to come out?" She asked him, a mischievous glimmer in her eyes.

With a gleeful cheer, Lilah started down the hill of the slope, a snowboard fastened to her feet, as she started off, angling it straight to pick up as much speed as she could. The crunching of the snow beneath the smooth board, and the smooth speed she was traveling excited her. "Weeee!" She exclaimed, giggling as she flew off a small hill in the packed snow.
Lilah saw the ground coming up fast, and knew she couldn't angle her board fast enough to land it and keep going the way she had been, with a light twitch of her back foot, she took the ground, and sped off in the direction of Cozen and Kahn, hoping she'd have enough slope to make it.
The tracks behind Lilah were practiced swerves, For a Hellion, it was evident Lilah had seen plenty of snow through her life. She put her front foot forward, and knelt down more than she had before, picking up immense amounts of speed as she drew closer to Cozen and Kahn.
Lilah was inching closer and closer, From the way she was going, and the devilish expression upon her face, it looked as if she wasn't going to stop, instead plow right through the two.
She had a better idea of course. Pushing her board into a horozontal position, just fractions away from Cozen and Kahn, her board dug deep into the snow, she came to a halt, throwing up a large amount of snow, And showering Kahn, and Cozen.

"Ah, indeed." He kept his smile but some how made it larger. Looking around he was about to say something when a wave of snow landed on top of him, knocking over his smallish figure. Sitting up and shacking off the snow from his torso, he looked up. "Lilah! Well now... its my TURN!" He gave a shout as he stood up. From his hand the snow seemed to travel up around down, all around him it formed. "Snow is my angelic element." He gave a laugh as he sent a wave of snow her way.

Lilah giggled happily at the shower of snow, and shook her body to playfully get it off. She knelt down, and quickly unstrapped herself from the board, ready to have a little fun.
"Angelic, Huh?" She said, laughing and the irony. She dug her hands deep into the snow, and stood up with a lump in her arms. "I've got you now." She threatened, tossing the lump of snow up planning to shower Cozen with it.
The snow had a different idea although, as it landed on the shoulders of Kahn. "Woops!" Lilah laughed, running behind Cozen in mock fear. She crouched slightly behind his back, her hands on his shoulders, and head peaking over his shoulder. "Save me, Princess! From Mister Scary Dragon!" She teased, pushing Cozen's thin form forward Kahn.

Serenity landed softly on the ground near Kahn, Cozen and Lilah. she folded her wings around her body for warmth and smiled. "So this is winter?" she laughed and looked at Lilah, who was hiding behind Cozen... "are you trying to hide from the snow Lilah?" she teased her, then sat down in the snow and began to pile it into a human like shape.
Calis came through his worm hole. He looked around and saw snow through the windows of the room. Calis caught sight of Azerol. "are you hiding from your sons party?" he asked. Smiling at him, Calis walked up to the dragon lord. "or atleast trying to...?"
