The technique derived by flash master Yoruichi, which is a combination of Hado and bakudo. It was passed on to Soi Fon, who in-turn passed it to Tai
"Hanki" (Reverse Demon): This technique nullifies an opponent's kidō by hitting them with a perfectly opposite surge of energy. Yoruichi uses this against Soifon's shunkō.
Note: Also while no incantation exists, this Kidō requires immense ability, focus and skill to use. It can only work against those of close or less Reitsu level than the user.
Shihou Black ops step Technique 3: Molting Cicada.
This is an illusionary technique that lets the enemy believe they have wounded The user. But by exchanging his self with a piece of garment, the user can escape the Fatal wound unharmed.

Bakudō 58 "Kakushitsuijaku" (Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows): Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

Bankai Description:
Tai is granted the use of the Necros lightning spear(a solid black spear as black as the abyss with 3 whit tie hanging from th pointed end)
Tai also grows wings resembling those of Raikuro Ryuu his captains jacket and top half are blown away and Dragon tattoos form across his upper body.
His eyes become solid black. his speed dramatically increase faster than that of the flash step and the can fire consetrated beams of black lightning at his opponent. A surge of lighning surrounds him aswell creating a partial barrier.

By speaking the words Strike me and live, Mayu Raikuro Ryuu. He can fully merge with the spirit of his Zonpaktou by stabbing himself with The Necros spear. instead of killing himself he fuses Raikuro Ryuu and all its power into him.

In this form his stregth is doubled from his normal bankai strength and his speed normally is as fast as shunpo.

-Tai has a signature attack in this form that is fatal if successful. His entire body surges with black energy, then suddenly without warning he strikes in a spinning dive like attack that moves as fast as lightning. If successful the attack will literally drill through his opponent.

-Raikuro Whirlwind: He channels electricity from his body as he flies circles around enemies trapping them inside of a lightning tornado that ravages them with lightning while they're trapped inside.

Bio:
Taihiko Kuromaru dedicated his life to mastery of martial arts and the study of the spear so that he may become strong enough to protect his family. As the oldest son he felt as though this was his duty, so he would train vigorusly everyday. Tai's also had an affinity for lightning and thunder storms, so during storms he would train in the art of the spear until the storm subsided. Tai's youngest brother admired him so much that he wanted to grow to be jus like him, so one day while Tai was in weapons training his younger brother enter the dojo yelling"niisan, niisan, watch me try" he tried to remove a spear from a rack of weapons. He suceeded only in pulling the rack down onto himself, but with almost blinding speed kuromaru dashed to sheild is brother from an eminent death but sacrificing himself. His last words were remember brother i will always protect u... tell mother im sorry and i love you all...
His spirit lingered in the human world for a little over a month before it happend, Tai was attcked by a giant hollow. Not knowing wat it was Tai attacked it foolishly, only resulting in his soul almost being devoured, luckily he was saved by a soul reaper who had been tracking the hollow for a week now. The soul reaper asked why do you linger here instead of passing.. Kuromaru responds" i dedicated my life to becoming strong and protecting my family" the soul reaper states that kuromaru should pass on and if he has the potential, become a soul reaper and he could become strong and protect others from the very same monsters who had jus previously tried to slaughter him. So Tai decides to pass on..
Biography After Death:
Tai was easily able to to enter the advanced classes of the stealth force, standing out in all aspects martial arts, weapons, and kidou... though he perfers to either fight straight up hand to hand or with weapon, rather than with kidou. Passing the through the rank exam after his 1st try and was accpted into squad 2 being instantly placed at the rank of lieutenant.. and within 7 years he had mastered both his shikai and bonkai and was placed as 13th division Taichou. Years after Tai became a Vizard and was cast out for several years. But following the 1st war in which he played a signifigant helpful role in, within a year of Soi fons death he attained the rank of captain of squad 2.
Several years later Tai decided to resign his position, he left the Seireitei, and wasn't seen again.
