The Cave of Trials
After looking up, you find yourself in the middle of a small open glade of a forest in the evening, when light was still out. The air is warm, but silent, with nothing but the rustling of trees. Looking ahead, you see a small corridor in the trees, which leads to a small spring. The water is crystal clear and you can see straight through to the bottom of the spring to crystals which glow in the moonlight. Around the lake on both sides, the ground rises up in two ramps, to a 20 ft high ledge where the mouth of a cave can be seen. You can see a glimmering sign with kanji at the top of the cave's entrance, but it's too far away to read at the moment.
--- Mission Details --- Cobra has asked you to retrieve a relic from The Cave of Trials. He has heard that there lies a gemstone of fairly unique properties at the end of the cave, called the Bloodstone. The stone is rumored to have the ability to cleanse one's blood of any foreign toxin when a sufficient amount of chakra is placed into it. All that is known about the stone is that it is red in color and has veins of a different color which run through it's core. Cobra has given you 2 vials each, one contains a red liquid, which is a mild poison which causes dizziness and nausea, and the other contains a blue liquid which is the antidote. He expects you to bring back the Bloodstone only after having tested its power to assure it is the correct one.

Unfortunately due to the glitch, when trying to post replies to see what would happen, I erased a bunch of posts. HOWEVER, for some reason, when replying, it still logs all of the previous pots, before the glitch occurred. Don't ask me why it happened...just be glad it did.
I will post quoted text from the last few posts of people in order, just so everyone knows where they were and what they were doing, since the mission now needs to be moved to this thread.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but it's totally not my fault. blaugh

broken_ninja37 Akio smiled as if he knew what was going to happen "Ok, here's my guess, three slots equals three tiles, right? I'm guessing that there are two more tiles, one that has something close to brown, and another close to black. We already go the red tile..." Akio said while pointing at the tile which was hotter than the rest. "We should start searching for the other two" Akio started to walk around the room with his left hand on a wall.

You search the entire left wall, at least as much as you can with your feet still on the ground and find no unusual tiles.

Kyoma Sakura Kyoma was half surprised that he came up with an idea like that so easily. She bit her lip, it would have taken me at least ten minutes to figure that. It only took him three. She stood up, walking to the opposite wall where the hot tile was. She looked at the wall carefully, wondering if she could just spot which one it would be. She then ran her right hand along the tiles, hoping that Akio's guess was a good one. Finding nothing from the walls, Kyoma put chakra into her feet. She jumped from the wall to the cieling, and bent towards the tiles now at her feet. She then crawled on her hands and feet, feeling along the tiles and waiting for a sign that one of the tiles were the ones they were looking for.

As you run your hands along the wall, feeling the cool tiles, each one the same as before, you start to wonder if any of them will be different. At the very top of the very corner of the opposite wall to the fire wall, your hand suddenly feels a difference as your hand seems to go through one of the tiles as you are completely blinded.
All you can see is pitch darkness (A.k.a. you can see nothing at all.)

Kyoma Sakura Kyoma gave a small smirk, her hand still on the tile that caused her to see nothing at all. She wasn't afraid of darkness, she had already been used to it. She took her hand away from the tile, looking to Akio who was still on the ground. "I think I found what that black slot is supposed to be." She looked back to the tile she had just touched that right in front of her and then back to Akio. "Now we just need to find the other one. And after that, we need to find out what to do with them."

White Water Lilly Haruko threw the tile back onto the floor with a frustrated sigh before pacing around the room in an annoyed manner. 'Really now, this is getting so annoying! *sighs* Maybe I am thinking to hard into this. It could probably be solved in the most easier manner possible but here I am pacing like an idiot over said problem. Urgh, I need to release some of this stress.' Reaching into her kunai pouch, Haruko pulled out a kunai and threw it with as much strength as she can muster towards a wall which just happened to be the one with the ice tile and said tile also just happened to be the target.

In a moment of complete shock, the instant the kunai struck the ice tile, the room was instantly morphed into a frigidly cold ice cavern. The walls were sheets of Ice, as large stalactites hung from the ceiling, and the floor was covered in crisp white snow. The air was freezing, the warm breath from Kenji and Haruko's mouth became quickly visible, practically freezing in the air as it was released. After a few seconds of bitter cold nothingness, a ninja dressed in white clothing appeared, seemingly out of nothingness and presented Haruko with a scroll. The ninja then took a few steps back and crossed his arms, as if he were waiting for something.
...after unrolling the scroll, you see a riddle written on it :
What has roots as nobody sees, Is taller than trees, Up, up it goes And yet never grows?

WhiteWaterLilly Haruko watched as her kunai hit the ice tile and was prepared to go and retrieve it when suddenly the room became super cold. ' What in the world is going on?!' On instinst, Haruko sqeezed her eyes shut and wrapped her arms around her in an attempt to keep warm. After a few seconds, Haruko felt the presence of another person in front of her and opened her eyes to see a ninja clad in white standing in front of her with a scroll. Reluntedly, Haruko took her hands off her arms to retrive the scroll from the ninja's outstretched hand. Opening it, Haruko began scanning it's context. What has roots as nobody sees, Is taller than trees, Up, up it goes And yet never grows?
' Hm, interesting...I wonder...' Haruko stared at the scroll deep in thought.

Haruko looks up from the scroll and walked over towards Kenji, once she was next to him, she showed him the scroll so that he could take a look as well. "Well? What do you think? I don't know why but the thing that comes t mind when I read this riddle is a building. What do you think?"

"I'm not sure..." Kenji said with a bit of a confused look on his face as he pondered the riddle further..."Buildings don't really have roots, they have foundations, but you can still see those as part of a basement. I had thought of an iceberg myself personally, but they aren't exactly taller then the trees, at least not the part you see. I don't think that is right though..." Kenji began scratching at his chin with one finger as he kept thinking.

Kyoma watched as Akio walked to one of the walls, searching for a certain type of tile. She then turned back to the tile she had found and stepped onto the ceiling, searching the tiles for what could be the last one they needed to find. ((Sorry, I was waiting for Akio to reply, but he's taking forever so I started...))
