"Welcome we are now opening our gates to all races. Here are some school rules. No boys in girls dorm or girls in boys dorm past curfew which is 7:00pm on the dot. We have opened the gates so that we can all learn to get alone. So no fighting. If you fine your self in need of something then come to the office. There will be some one there at all times. Hope you enjoy your next four years." Says Dean Williams
