This is the Squad Captains office. This is where his does all his paper work and assigns missions to the world of the living, Rukongai, and patrol around Soul Society. You can find him sleeping here sometimes and even playing with some toys he gets from the local market in Rukongai. The room itself is very not very decorated, though it has some poetry and Japanese ink paints from the Edo period of Japan. There is also a long table surround by two chairs at the end to the of the table and two long coaches at the sides. Last But no least is the Captains desk and the Captains chair where you can find the captain doing his paper work and squad duties.

Eizo sat at his desk looking working on paper work and sighed. "This is so boring and i barely have any squad member here..." he said in a sad way as low ranked squad members brought in more paper work. "Why did I have to become a captain?" he asked one very young squad member that smiled, he was only 10 and had two of his front teach missing. The boy answered because he was a master and a well trained soul reaper. "True..." Eizo said sighing from boredom and being tired form having to do this paper work. In all making the very young squad member laugh some more and hang around his Office playing with Captian Eizo's captain's robe, wearing it and playing captain.

Eizo stood form his desk and smiled as he took his robe back from the young soul reaper that ran off with a smile on his face. "What a nice kid." he tan began to looked at his paper work he finished and waved and cracked his wrist. 'Damn that was a lot of work to do..." he said laughing a bit. He than grabbed his blade and wondered off some where to explore the area.

Eizo appeared back in his office. The young boy ran in and grabbed the captains robe and put it on and began to run about his office around the table. "You know you're kind of an interesting little guy..." Eizo said to the boy that just gave him a big wide grin and than jumped on Eizo knocking him over on to his face. The boy looked at Eizo scared, but instead of being mad. Eizo turned over grasps the young shinigami and begins to tickle him. "This is yoru punishment, a thousand years of tickles!!!" he shouted as the boy laughed and other squad members looked in his office laughing and smiling at Eizo's humor and good attitude toward children.

Eizo Sent the child out and began to feel something strange about his blade lately and was getting concerned. "I wounder if it's happening again..." he asked himself as he put his blade down and began to look at it and focus on it greatly. "Suzume, what is it you're doing?" he asked his blade that he set on the table. "Have you had a change of heart..." he said as he than heard someone and grabbed his blade quickly. "Sorry, please leave me for a bit..." he said as he than walked out to speak to the head captain.
