I'm definitely an all-around cutie-pie! I always seems to have a smile on my face. I have short, curly blonde hair and bright green eyes. My skin is very fair, and I'm quite petite for my age. I'm only like 4'9" and I barely weigh more than 80lbs. My wardrobe is very pink and girly. The only thing not pink (or white) that I wear is the big red ribbon barrette in the back of my hair. I also have a very special silver heart locket that holds my parents' pictures in it, which I wear around my neck.

People tend to call me "overly optimistic." I'm forever trying to look on the bright side of things. Even when unfortunate events might befall me, I find a way to keep a smile on my face. I have a tendency to want to befriend almost everyone I meet. Usually, this isn't a problem because I'm such a likable person. However, should I come across a person too miserable or self-absorbed to even acknowledge my existence, let alone accept my token of friendship, I'll stop at nothing until I brighten that person's day just a little! I'm extremely persistent and, given the time, will stop at nothing when I'm on a mission to turn someone's life around for the better. Because of this, I guess I could be classified as being just a tad "odd." But I have normal qualities as well. Like any normal person, I like listening to music (and more often than not, randomly singing out loud without any music playing). I also love Pokemon, especially my own team, and train hard to win badges and make my way to the top. I never beat herself up when I lose a match, just try harder next time. I can be somewhat of a space-case sometimes, and that tends to get me into a bit of trouble. But what fun is there in life if you aren't a little reckless? "Che sera, sera!" after all...

Relation: Father
Personality: Mr. Kouyama is and has always been a private man. However, he enjoys his wife and daughter's company very much which is evident by the way he opens up more around them. He is very affectionate toward Mimi and loves to shower her with gifts.
Brief Bio: Mr. Kouyama is an older man, in his late fifties. Mimi's mother is his second wife and a good twenty years younger than he. He is a businessman, and manager of the Celedon City Department store. He has three other children other than Mimi, all by his first wife - two girls, (34 and 26) and one boy (29). His first wife divorced him, and he hardly sees his other children because they are all grown up with lives of their own. Aside from Mimi being naturally friendly, she isn't very close to her half-siblings, particularly because they are all adults. In fact, the eldest child is only 3 years younger than her mother!

Relation: Mother
Personality: Himeko is a very kind and friendly woman. She is where Mimi gets most of her traits from (as well as her looks). Mimi shares a very close bond with her mother, since her father works a lot and she doesn't have any siblings. Himeko loves her husband and daughter very much.
Brief Bio: Himeko has no other family but her daughter and husband. Her own family disowned her for marrying a man 20 years her senior and who had been previously married. In fact, she was the reason for the divorce in the first place. She worked in the Dept. store as a sale's clerk, which is how she met Mr. Kouyama. The two fell in love instantly, and would see each other in secret for six months before Mr. Kouyama's wife found out about the affair. She quickly divorced him, taking a good portion of this money. But Mr. Kouyama was still a wealthy man and, the moment the divorce was final, he married Himeko. They were wealthy enough that Himeko didn't need to work in the Dept. store anymore, which left her time to spend at home with Mimi.---❥ T R A V E L X C O M P A N I O N SH I D E K I x K U D O
Relation: Friend/Royal Pain (most of the time)/Overprotective "big brother" (all of the time)
Personality: Hideki has a crummy attitude most of the time. He's too introverted for his own good. But Mimi has gotten him to blush a time or two. Deep down, he really is a good guy. He loves his Pokemon, and Mimi can see that. Mimi also thinks that he might secretly like having her around even though she can be such a nuisance (which is on purpose on her part, of course ^_^).
Brief Bio: Mimi and Hideki met on Route 2 and got into a huge argument because she was her usually bubbly and friendly self, and he was a jerk to her. After their little spat, Mimi ran off into the Viridian Forest, upset, and was attacked by a swarm of Beedrill (clumsy girl!). Hideki's Vulpix, Aki, went off to find Mimi, having heard the commotion and Hideki followed her. Aki led him straight to Mimi, where he and a Roar attack from Vulpix sent the Beedrill flying. He hadn't really intended on saving Mimi, but what's done is done. Though he made a speedy get-a-way from Mimi in the Viridian Forest, Mimi hopes to encounter this boy again; he's been on her mind ever since.
A I S U M A R U x N A M I K A Z E
Relation: Friend/Supportive, protective "big brother" type
Personality: Aisumaru is rather arrogant, cold and snide, but deep down, he truly cares for pokemon and anyone close to him. He is extremely overprotective if he senses that someone he cares about or a pokemon is in danger, though will deny worrying when danger has passed, he will often be working to help out of sight and behind-the-scenes.
Brief Bio: Mimi met Aisumaru very early on in her journey; almost immediately after her little mishap when first meeting Hideki. They met again in the forest, where Aisumaru was kind enough to feed her and her Pokemon. Though seemingly cold and unapproachable, Mimi seemed to hit it off OK with Aisumaru. There was something deep, mysterious, and even caring about him that drew her in, and hopefully they will meet again real soon.---❥ F R I E N D S X // X A C Q U A I N T A N C E S
