~Appearance~

Al is your average six foot two well built military soldier. He has a thick scar that reaches from just behind his right eye down around his chin and half way down his neck. Al wears long dark green baggy cargo pants and a long sleeve dark green shirt. Strapped to each thy are his SMIT-PL's. Covering that he wears a large worn dark brown trench coat.

Meta-Tech. It is the source of magic that powers the Industrial Machinery located in G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T.

Weapons/ Equipment:

Meta Imbued Technological Weaponry- Powered by ones Seishou. Converts and stores Seishou energy by use of magical converters. These enchanted devices convert Seishou into an electrical current. Weapons are usually activated by ether a lever or switch. Different weapons use this electrical current in their own unique ways.

-Two small hand held SMIT-PL's (Small Meta Imbued Technological Projectile Launcher). The PL model uses small cone shaped pieces of lead and a highly flammable gel substance that is created by potion masters. Both are then encased in an aluminum shell. When the shell is placed in the barrel of the weapon it is connected to the ESU (Electrical Storage Unit). The current ignites the gel and launches the piece of lead.
-Extra Projectile Shells.

-One MIT-ED (Meta Imbued Technological Electrical Discharge). The ED model uses focused bursts of the the pure electrical current that is stored in the ESU. A Casgoden Diamond is used as the focusing lens. It dose not increase the effects of the ED it just allows it to be controlled. The crystalline light that the Casgoden Diamond naturally produces allows the ED to almost remain in a solid form. (Note; This effect is limited to about fifty meters. After that its accuracy and strength goes out the window).

-One Tactical Combat Knife.

-One Military issue machete.

-Personal Transport; The Betty, TT-GEV (Twin Turbine Gear Engine Vehicle). Looking like a bird the ship has two turbine gear engines in place of where one would normally see the wings. The two gear engines give the ship exceptional maneuverability and stability. The ship is not fast by some standards but it makes up for it with high mobility. Engines are powered by two ESU's which can be recharged at any of the regular G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T recharge facilities. On the top of the ship are two LMIT-PL's (Large Meta Imbued Technological Projectile Launcher) which can be controlled from in side the passenger cabin. (Note; Can hold up to eight passengers pilot included. Both gear engines and both LMIT-PL's are powered by the two ESU's).

Bio/History:

Al used to work for the city in his younger years and eventually got into the military when he was in his mid twenties. As for the rest of his history, it will be given during the RP. That is if some one asks the right questions. Al doesn't trust just any body.

~Magic~

Al is trained in using his Meta-Tech in repairing, maintaining, and building the Machinery that powers G.E.A.R.B.O.L.T. His abilities are average so his speediness and quality in his work is not that of the elders or more experienced users. But he gets the job done.

~Special Abilities~

Al has good and bad luck like any person but for the most part if it weren't for bad luck he wouldn't have luck at all. He was top of his class in self defence during his Military training. He tried his hand in martial arts but just didn't have the physical coordination for it so he just sticks to his street style fighting and advanced self difence.

A demon commonly found through out the Nether. It has two hearts. One that sits a little higher in his chest and one that sits near the small of his back protected by his spine. The two hearts are needed to pump the protoplasm through his body. Its body doesn't use blood to survive. It is a thick Protoplasm made up of tissue. It is what is used to preserve and heal the body. On average it is eight feet tall at four hundred pounds.
(Note: This is what VarTamo looks like in the Half Nether, The Netherland, and to other users who can so called walk half way between the material plane and the Nether.)

Weapon:

Ectoplasmic Gauntlet
The gauntlet has the ability to turn random objects into weapons. It holds the equivalent strength of hardened steel and gives its hosts the same properties. Example; A rock and branch could be turned into a hammer, a metal shard into a knife or bladed weapon, a chair leg into a short spear, a pice of plywood into a shield. (Note: The Gauntlet has to be touching the object at all times. The second it is not, the object will revert back to its normal state.) The Gauntlet is soul bound to Varak and if it is ever separated from him it will fade into the Half Nether and re-appear back on his arm.

~Background~

Personality: Full of hatred and discust toward the living. Has a natural ability to adapt. That is when the spire gives him a second to think on his own. The Spire causes him to have tunel vision a lot of the time but there are random moments where he will shine all on his own.

Physical Build: Tall with very wide shoulders. Large defined muscles. In order to have such a strong seishou affinity VarTamo needed to have the body build to sustain the spire’s energy. The body that Varak had would not have been able to control the new power.

Family: The Spire of Rebirth.

Affiliation: Spire of Rebirth soldier.

Bio/History:

VarTamo was originaly known as Varak the Underseer. Varak was killed by that which he served. By the very power that he poured his soul into. As he died Acient voices flooded his mind brainwashing him. He no longer new who or what he used to be. He also had no real idea what his new perpose was ether. The only thing he knew was that he was not the person he should be, he was given this new power, and he could only use this power for the perpose of the voices. He is still unsure of who the voices were but for some reason he loves them and would "die" for them if it came to it. VarTamo is Varak's reincarnation. The Spire of Rebirth chose Varak and the Tamago Demon, combining their souls, bodies, and power to make an elite soldier to carry out its bidding. VarTamo is under strict control of the Spire of Rebirth. His soul can only be owned by the Spire. Varak’s ability to control Undead and the ability to force thoughts into peoples minds was striped from him because that was a control that the Spire did not want Varak to have.

~Magic~

(Note: Both attack and defense magic is described at maximum strength. All magic can be used in a scaled down form. Example; Quietus Orb - can be as small as a drop, Quietus Bolt - can be a small static discharge with almost zero side effects, Quietum Blast - can be as small as a fire cracker that are used in holiday celebrations, Ectokinetic Diversion - could be used to simply knock over a glass.)

Attack
Quietus orb
Quietus orb. It is a plasmic orb consisting of green and black smoke. The user draws it from the Netherworld via Seishou creating a small orb the size of a baseball. Up to six orbs can be produced at the same time. When the orb comes in contact with organic mater, it is meant to poison and kill it. The tissue will blacken and begin to shrivel and deteriorate. Multiple hits in the same area could deteriorate a hole right through the target. A blow to the face could be devastating. It kills all forms of life that it touches. Even stone has a sense of life in it. Since All Necromancers reside in the living world even their own bodies could become subject to this spells effects. Being so that Necromancers bodies push the limits of death them selves, their bodies can reduce the effects of the spell but it still damages them. The Orb is meant to be both poisonious and acidic. The poison, if not treated, Is part of the dark arts and not meant to kill very fast. It is slow. Possibly lasing up to a month. It causes the nerves to go haywire with intence bursts of pain, extreme twitching, loss of motor functions, hilusinating, and clomplete break down od internal organs. Even the most attuned healers have trouble treating its effects. (Note: After roughly forty meters, if the orb has not collided with an object then it dissipates into nothing. When released it is not effected by natural weather change or gravity.)

Quietus Bolt
Quietus Bolt has much the same effects of an orb however it is not an orb. Instead of eating away at organic mater it burns and melts it. It holds more true to the properties of a lightning bolt. When this spell is used Seishou is brought fourth through the body and expelled in the form of raw Undead Seishou energy. It burns hot enough to turn rock to mush. Like the Quietus orb, it works best against organic material but can still effect inorganic material, it just takes a bit longer. (Note: Range - ten meters.)
-Extention (Quietus Bolt. Note; This is the only attack spell that can be used while the body is in the Half Nether plane.)- While in the so called "Half Nether." this spell effects the soul spiritually rather than physically. The bolt Feeds off of the Seishou energy with in the soul ultimately draining the life force of the target soul.

Quietum Blast.
Quietum Blast is a combination of all three attacks. It holds properties to the Quietus orb, Quietus Bolt, and the Ectokinetic Diversion. It is a poisonous, super heated, plasmic orb that explodes on contact. It has a maximum explosion diameter of 150 meters. Within 25 meters of the blast zone is the kill range. It disapates in energy from 25 to 150 meters. (Note: Compared to all of the other attacks, at maximum, Quietum Blast is the most powerful and not used often unless needed.) It is usually used against multiple opponents however at times it may necessary against a single opponent.

Defense/Attack
Ectokinetic Diversion.
This spell us generally used as a defensive maneuver but as its advantages as an attack as well. It is basically an invisible shield. It is not permanent shield. It is like an invisible explosion of spiritual energy meant to deflect both physical attacks and magic attacks. It is only expelled in one direction. Depending on their strength of the attack, the kinetic blast may only reduce the damage rather than prevent it. (That is, if the user dose not anticipate the attack properly and make the kinetic blast strong enough to prevent the damage). Multiple blasts can be created simultaneously at one time with in a range of ten meters.

~Special Abilities~

Planes-shift
The soul literally pulls the material body partially into the Netherworld. Since time it self hardly exist in that plane of the universe it is as if the user has the ability to teleport. They simply just don't disappear then re-appear some where else. The user is limited and can technically be seen moving. Barely in a sense, but they can none the less. When his soul shifts from one plane to the other (Note: The "other" plane is what you would call the Half Nether. It is called this because one is not completely in the vast scape of the Netherland or hell as some call it. To a necromancer, there is no definitive Hell or Heaven. The nether land is comprised of every thing in the spiritual realm. When the user is in the half nether they are still some what in the material world, though not physically, but moving spiritually at the Netherworld pace. They cannot physically touch beings of the material world except spiritually.) all that you see is a slight clear, blurred out line of their body, holding characteristics of the extreme heat seen rolling off the Sairok Desert sand hills. When the user is in the Half Nether plane of exitance they could walk a mile in the blink of an eye. If two users were to be in conflict any on lookers of the conflict would see much of any thing, in fact even if the fight lasted for weeks, only moments would have passed in the material plane. (Note:Only other planes shifters or faders can touch him in this form. That is because they can also access this form. Those people based on the material world cannot.)

Portare Vision
With this ability it is as if Varak has a third eye. He can see other demons or souls that are half faded into the Nether. In other words, others like him self, that can shift their body part way into the Nether, he can see, hear and talk to. And he can also be herd by the souls or demons that are in what he calls the half Nether plane. Also with this ability other Demons or souls not based from the Material plane are seen in their true form. Most Demons or Angels change their appearance when in the material realm. Not by choice, It is just the will of the Nether and the Material plane combined. So if in the Nether a Demon were to have horns in the Nether but not in the Material world, Portare Vision allows Varak to see the horns none the less. (Note: Because others are visible to him in this manor he is also seen in his true form to them. Some one with planes shifting or similar like abilities could easily pick him out of a crowd.)

Un-Natural Body.
Varak has increased physical strength and speed. His body is no longer based off of the Material plane. He does not feel pain at least not in your average sense of the word. He still has to follow its rules and he is weaker in the material plane but he still holds much of his physical strengths. He glorifies pain and seeks it. He can easily lift three times his weight. His body also has a sense of un-natural healing. A stab to one of the hearts or being crushed under a 2 ton pillar wouldn't kill him.

Seishou Affinity:

None. However, 21 has to rely on the Meta-Mages of GearBolt to continue producing power. If the City were to loose power and 21 could not re-charge then it would cease to exist. Powered by one Enhanced Electrical Storage Unit (EESU) and one Standard ESU. The Standard ESU is used for a back-up power supply. The EESU unit, if all systems are running at full operation minus the boosters, will last up to one month (740 hours). If the boosters are used under the same conditions then EESU life time drops dramatically. The ESU back-up unit will last up to four days (100 hours) if no major systems are used.

Right Arm;
Electrical Plasma Cannon - 21 has a normal functioning arm but when activating its EPC its hand will separate in half and fold out of the way ultimately converting into the EPC weapon. Using energy from 21's EESU the weapon will fire bursts of plasma that are strong enough to melt even his own body. There is a one second recharge time after each shot and after 15 successive shots it needs a 30 second cool down rest. During this time the weapon will not fire. It is a safety mechanism designed to keep the integrity of the weapon intact. There is a rapid fire rate mode designed into the gears of the we weapon allowing it to fire 8 shots in 2 seconds. A down fall of this is that after the six shots the weapon needs an immediate one 30 second cool down.

Left Arm;
Ejecting blades - Out from 21's left forearm two, one foot, double edged blades fold out extending eight inches past the fist. They are made of a dense alloy and are easily replaceable.
Malleable under 1500 lbs of pressure.
Snapping point 1850 lbs of pressure.

-Two small fully automatic hand held SMIT-PL's (Small Meta Imbued Technological Projectile Launcher), one hidden in each thigh. The PL model uses small cone shaped pieces of lead and a highly flammable gel substance that is created by potion masters. Both are then encased in an aluminum shell. When the shell is placed in the barrel of the weapon it is connected to the ESU (Electrical Storage Unit). The current ignites the gel and launches the piece of lead. (Note: Each SMIT has a 28 round clip.)
-4 Extra SMIT clips.

-Six Meta Imbued Technological Grenade (MITG), three stored on each side of the abdomen. Commonly on the streets the T is dropped calling it a MIG because it is easier to say. In side the Grenade shell is 8 ounces of Explosive Gel created by potion masters, and a small Meta Imbued igniter. Holds just enough electrical spark to ignite the explosive gel. When the pin is pulled a small Gear is connected to a spring that lowly turns the Gear until it connects the igniter with the gel. The Gear has about a three and a half second delay. (Note: Possible kill range - 20 foot diameter.)

Upper back;
Booster Packs - Two rocket propelled booster packs pop out, one on ether side of the spine. This enables him to fly short distances. Any thing out side of a one or two mile range depletes the EESU too much at one time. If weapon systems are needed it is recommended that flight time should remain under twenty minutes to ensure battery life time. If weapon system is not needed then a total of ninety minutes of flight time can be achieved. (Note: Cannot fly on just the back-up ESU.)

HT4796R-G5-21Tilte - Desert Rat Guild Member...
Main function - Security robot for Desert Rat Guild.
Secondary function - Curently unknown.
Generation Five is the first series that incorporates the Booster Packs. It was still in its testing phase when HT4796R came online. It was up for modern modification five years ago however in stead the Guild just came out with the generation six models there for eliminating the need to upgrade the generation fives. The G6's have slightly less armor, different weaponry, and a more efficient Boosters. The G6's weapons are less explosive however fire at a faster rate. Simply put they are a smaller tank. The Guild thought about swapping brains into upgraded bodies but decided that shear numbers was what they wanted.

Twenty One was originaly used to carry out seak and destoy missions. When the Shado Guild ordered the creations of the clones it was Twenty One's job to kill the original person. Roughly a year ago he was ordered to kill Osylla Salasyl so that she could be cloned. However Osylla was able to out wit Twenty One ultimatly capturing him then reprograming him to turn on the Shado guild so that she could carry out her own mission. Osylla was impressed with Twenty One's work and capabilities so she decided to bring him back to her guild headquarters for an overhaul. Upoon reviewing the coding protocols she found that his memories and normal human function were being blocked. She tried to have these removed however was not completely succesful. Twenty one is actualy capable of making decisions for him self and can generaly behave the way a normal human being does but his memories are incomplete. He was given the oportunity to stay. But it came with out saying. She helped him and so he had a debt to pay. Since then Twenty One has remained Loyal to Osylla and the Desert Rat Guild.

Clone Hardware;
Robotic body; Capable of jumping up to the roof of a three story building and falling from three hundred feet with out causing damage to the body. Can lift up to three times its weight with a running speed of 50 miles per hour.
-Mechanical frame resistant up to 4000 lbs of crushing power with heat resistant carbon coating.
-Maneuverability; pneumatic hydraulic system with millisecond reaction time.
-One Enhanced Electrical Storage Unit (EESU). 740 hour capacity.

-Lower Legs have built in impact absorbers because of flight ability, increased frame strength, and extra pay load weight.
-Meta Imbued Technological memory unit implanted in the cranial cavity. The memory unit processes and controls body functions and systems.
-Two inch thick carbon-steel cranium. Meant to survive a multitude of explosions.
-Enhanced Visual Receptors; Have five different lens settings. The first three are for the six times optical zoom, the fourth one is for the infrared, and the fifth one is for flare and increased light sensitivity that is used as night vision.
-Meta Imbued Technological communication link. Used by the Shado Guild to control 21.
-Advanced water proof technology. (Note: Cannot swim... Cannot use com link, Boosters, or cannon if under water.) Simple rain has no effect and there for all systems can still be used.
-Frame connected to an electrical dampener/grounding unit. Getting hit by a lightning bolt or connecting to one of the GearBolt power lines would undoubtedly fry the circuits but any thing less would not.
-Standard poly-prosthetic skin that can be found an most prosthetic bodies.
-(Edit) Newly intergraded liquid cooling system for extreem desert heat.

Clone Software;
-Targeting systems, able to discern between mission priorities and the five biggest threats. Upgraded to account for environmental variations for increased accuracy.
-General psychology, to understand human response for search and destroy missions.
-Environmental study, Examines current situations in order to best carry out missions.
-Fire wall, used to reduce the control of other Meta-Mages and hackers.
-Protocol blockers for memory taking place before the cloning process and for usual human responses. AKA: Emotions reflecting human behavior.
