Siors stared out in front of him. He sighed. Being an Anbu wasn't nearly as cool as it was supposed to be. He had chosen the path of an Anbu because it would take him away from the village almost everyday and death would no longer be something he feared.
Well... Now he was an Anbu with many guidelines and endless night shifts and what did he get? The only mission that could keep him in the camp. Guarding. He laughed to himself. Being one of the best meant you got to stay and watch the village. Goody for him. He sighed again to watch the people passing below. He could tell the shinobi from the regular villagers... some by how they walked like they would be attacked and some by the outrageous outfits they wore.
He shook his head and looked closer. There were many people he didn't know so he wasn't surprised to only recognize a few people. But something set him off when he could see foreign headbands. He glared at a Sand Headband. With the war coming to an end... well actually over at the moment he could only glare in silence the other villages coming here was good for their economy. He looked around himself once more before moving to a different spot. No one was supposed to see him... that didn't mean some didnt.

A particularly careless personality wandered down the street that the Anbu watched. One hand, his strong right, was shoved in his pocket. The fingers of his left hand gripped lazily at his shoulder, his arm hanging loosely. As he moved with the crowd, the very same disdained Sand walked by, going the opposite direction. Pale eyes left the path just long enough to regard the foreign headband before slipping back down to the road ahead.
Nakawara's right hand slipped from his pocket, swinging back behind him. Snagging the furry accessory always attached to the back belt loop, he let it slide through his fingers. It swung back and forth a few times, almost naturally, as if he really could control it. However, it slowed quickly, proving that theory untrue, if only under normal circumstances.
Being out and about in such a crowded place was actually unusual for the Jounin. But for whatever reason, he had been craving a good serving of yakisoba lately. Too bad the small bit of change in his pocket meant he was merely heading to the store to pick up an instant cup.
Reaching out for the door of the small family market, he hesitated only when something caught his attention outside of reaching the dinner he was looking forward to. His head turned, lifting to world above the street. Nothing. Yet he was certain something had moved behind him. For now, his hand fell away from the door and he walked back into the stream of people, looking up and across to the rooftops on the other side of the street.

Siors sat now atop the general store. His red air pushed back and his mask hiding his expressions. Only when Siors' eyes were drawn to a blue head of hair. He smirked. Ninja.... He watched as the ninja's eyes scanned the rooftops. He had been seen. Well sorta. He pushed himself farther into the shadows. His blue eyes peering through the mask to follow the ninja. He smirked. He was good at his job and no normal ninja was going to catch him at work.
He fell lightly behind the store and landed on his feet. Pushing his mask behind his head he punched out for the day. Walking out of the Alley he froze in the light. He should have thought about that. people don't just walk out of alleys.
He shrugged and patted his pocket. Off to get some lunch. He should ask someone... anyone... to come with him. He eyed the blue-haired ninja. Well he should try and make friends. So far he was the only ninja to be able to see him when he didn't want to be seen.
He sighed. "Hey.." Jogging up to the ninja he put on a puzzled face. "Have we met before?" He held out his hand. "Im Siors...Siors Taro..."

Well, maybe it really had been nothing. After a bit of staring and futile searching--having paused in the middle of the busy street--he decided it might be best to give up and find his way back to the store before another angry commuter cursed at him to get out of the road. Shrugging mentally, he turned, gaze catching something coming out of the darkness between his destination and another building. A brow raised, but he thought nothing of it, not realizing that this was the very same person he had just been searching for on the rooftops of the opposite side of the street.
Having almost reached the door now, he was surprised, if nothing else, when the person approached him. It seemed almost planned, he thought, considering how many people there were out here now. What were the odds he would be caught by a stranger.
"Hey," he returned the greeting with a smile, as was his personality. The other's face was not familiar, but as the question left his lips, the Jounin couldn't help but think that maybe they weren't complete strangers after all. Staring for a moment, he slowly reached out his hand to give a firm shake. "Nakawara Oshiro," he offered, his chin lifting to examine the other further. The memory of the mission they had both been a part of was hazy to him now, not something he took to thinking about much. And yet it was still there. "I think we may have," came the agreement. If Siors had kept his mask on, he might have remembered the other quicker.

The name rung a bell. "Ah yes thats right...you were with the squad to save the sand village..." He nodded his head. "Well its nice to see everyone hasn't gone missing that was on that mission." He nodded. "Well i was just heading to lunch... I just got off work and saw you walking." He shrugged lightly.
"So i was wondering if you would like to go out to lunch..." He frowned. "Thats not weird to ask another guy is it?" He smiled. "I'll treat... I personally don't like to eat alone"
Looking at the other guy he smirked. "anything particular you want?"

"Geez, I had almost forgotten about that!" A laugh rose in his throat and he continued to regard his new company a moment longer. That voice had been familiar after all. This was the one who had given orders during that mission, he was able to recall. Although now it seemed like the air was casual between them. There was no longer a need to worry about who was in charge.
Grinning sharply, he laced his fingers behind his head. "You got me, man. I'm starving." He of all people was not one to turn down free food. And as the next question left the other's mouth, he waved his hand dismissively. Even if Siors thought it might be a bit strange to offer another guy lunch, Nakawara didn't think so in the least. For many reasons.
"Y'know, if you're buying, you really oughta pick..." the offer hung in the air for such a short time, however, as he was certainly in the mood for something specific himself. "But I could go for some yakisoba. What'dya think?" His expression was akin to a child holding his hands out for a piece of candy.

Siors smiled. "Sounds yummy." He hadn't had it in a while... it would be a nice change. He started walking toward the nearest restaurant. "So what have you been up to since the mission..." He was genuinely curious.

His expression became quietly triumphant as he fell into step beside the other. For a moment, his mind wandered to the upcoming meal. How lucky he had been to run into Siors today, otherwise it would have been instant noodles for sure. Leaning his head towards his company, he put on a contemplative look, shaking his head with a sheepish laugh. His life was no so interesting. "Not much," he admitted, turning back to the street. "A mission here or there. Training." Mostly sleeping, although he chose not to say that one out loud. "I thought I'd actually come into the village for lunch today, since I've been spending a lot of time alone."
