Well, first off, there are humans with something different in their genes that gives them powers.
"SPECIALS LIST"
Pushers- telekinetic powers
Shifters-can shift pretty much anything.
sniffers-can sniff out any scent that they smell of a human, or animal.
Watcher-Can see the future,
Erasers-well, can erase certain memories that you want erased, or if there evil, EVERYTHING,
shadows-can shadow someone, n can tell wen someone they dont want close to em, is close to em (like division members)
Screechers-Can scream painfully loud, enough so to rupture your eardrums.
Stitchers-Can literally, from the inside out, break your bones, that chick only had a small part in the movie, so im not all sure what else they can do, but its just by one touch.
Jumpers-Can jump from place to place within less than a heartbeat. (See the movie jumper)

Ok my idea is......its 50 yrs later since the old Division had fallen, or so they thought, on the west coast ^_^ and Sebastian, the old leaders son, who is now the new leader, has plotted to make his fathers dreams of a "specials" army, The new division has bin taking all sorts of new "specials" to there secret location, n doing tests on them, n one guy, names Nathan, is the son of the old generations Nick n Emily, his genes however made it so he didn't die after being injected w/ there serum, which, the serum means your power is magnified, no one has survived the drug once it was in their system, but Nathan did, he was the only one, n he is a pusher, one day, he actually escaped, n has bin living out in Tacoma Washington, since its not that big (or the way it used ta not be so big).
There r a bunch of outsider gangs also that have "specials" in it, they use that to get what they want, its like a mob w/ power. So you're either a part of the evil Division, a part, or leader, of a mob, or a loner, just trying to survive, n live your life, or fight back wen they find you ^_^

bio: has escaped from Divisions hideout 12 yers ago wen he was 11, walked till he got to Tacoma washington, has lived his life low so he asnt found by the watchers n otha "specials" in the Division tht can find em, since he turned 18, h moved around alot, n now is in Portland ^_^ hehehe, n is trying ta stay on the d.L there.
personality: calm, strong, loving doesnt wanna show tht though, extreme, gets bored often, so is usually seen sleeping, or resting, tries ta keep to emself.

Jade: *hums, see's a street guy dealin out cards n goes up to em* i bet a 9 of diamonds *they look at me like u gotta be kidding look, n shakes there heads, shuffling cards, n dealing out the card i picked, n they look at me glaring* hey now, fair is fair dude, gimmie my money *the street guy hands er 100 dollars in 10 dollar bills n i skate off, grinning at em, n the cards go to white peices of paper as i skate outa sight*

Nathon: *stops, looking around in front of em, sensing another pusher, clenches jaw, n reaches under his bak of his shirt for his gun, pulling it out, n holds it at his side, eyeing each cyvilian tht walks by*

Jade: *skates up to a coffee cart, using er new money to by a mocha coffee*

((oh yea, forgot ta mention tht, in the movie, they can sense wen there around, so yea, they can sense eachotha lolz ^_^))

Nathon: *looks behind em slyly see's u stop, n turns slowly, gun still at side, n facing u now, glaring atchu* guess i knew the Division would find me eventually, too bad ur not gonna last long enough to bring me in, puts gun away, n "pushes" u bak into the wall of the bridge*

Nathon: likely story *rubs forhead, n runs up to u, n pushes a punch into ur gut, staring adown atchu* ((wow, i jus made em sound really tall lolz ^_^)) then wats w/ the gun? *he says so no one else can hear it*

Nathon >.< *falls down to ground, holding emself*
