Okay. So I'm super excited because over the weekend my friend who is a pretty amazing photographer is going to be taking basic snapshots of me for me to bring for when I go to an open call at a local agency next month. I was just looking for some basic advice and tips on getting the best shot possible. whee

Oh I love modeling (: I have a meet tomorrow with Ford. I cancelled with Barbizon you guys.
Apparently, Ford is really big o_o
ANYWAYS, I always say that you should go minimal with the make up. Like minimal. See if the photographer can not to over edit, if (s)he's editing at all. Try to get all angles, especially a front and side profile. Those are the most important, obvie. Don't go over the top with poses; be comfortable, let the poses flow from one into another, and whatever you do, don't strike the cheesy grins.
HAVE FUN WITH IT!!
If you're not enjoying it, it WILL show in your pictures.

Yeah, usually when you go to a shoot, they will tell you to wear almost no makeup and wear casual clothes that are easy to get into and out of. Uh, I'm not sure what happened with the first post, but this is not supposed to be it. It's the next one down.
