My favorite are all the holidays which focus on getting together with one's "dear ones" for a wonderful meal and convivial communion. How 'bout you?

So I'm driving to San Diego on Wednesday so that we can celebrate Christmas in just our little immediate family before my cousins arrive on Saturday. It is funny how the celebration of Christmas seems to creep forward from the date of the 25th some years, right? xd lol

That's funny! I LOVE getting dressed up & I love wandering in the night. (OK. I used to enjoy wandering in the night when I was younger. These days I just keep thinking of how cold my toes are. But back in the day! Man that was fun!!!) xd

Halloween for sure.
I love dressing up in odd little get ups, and Halloween is the only day that no one looks at me as though I'm absolutely psychotic.

I think I fail to notice when people look at me like I'm psychotic.
For example, I have these glittered shamrock antennae that wiggle above my head from a headband (you know those things?!?). xxxxx Anyway, when I wear them, people do look at me eek but I thought that was just because they were happy that I made a joke.
