1. Itachi
He is super-intelligent and has some amazing jutsu's. I believe he was one of the strongest ninja's.
2. Madara
Madara is still a mystery, but then again he is alive for so long i'm sure he's hella strong.
3. Pain/Nagato
No explanation needed.
4. the Hachibi
spoiler.
Fooling Akatsuki+killing Kisame.
5. Hidan
As much as I love Hidan, he could have been ALOT stronger if he just was more intelligent like Itachi/Madara/Pain etc. He doesn't try to figure someone out, like Shikamaru does he could have beaten Shikamaru easily is he just wasn't so stupid.
6. Naruto
Kyuubi. Doh. ;p And in sage mode he's awesome.
7. Gaara
He's smart, and has strong sand jutsu's.
8. Sasuke
Because he got all of Itachi's jutsu's.
9. Kakashi
Because he is the copy ninja.
10. Neji
Byakugan.
Even though i'm not a fan of some listed here, you gotta admit some are hella strong.

1. Deidara because hes a suicide bomber and he loves art just like me plus my friends now call me deidara.
2. Itachi Uchiha cause hes really strong and has one of the strongest sharingans ever.
3. Gaara i love his demon and hes not scared to save his village and risk his own life for his people.
4. Sasuke Uchiha hes really strong and awsome
5. Sasori hes gaara cousin and he turned himself into a puppet.
6. Konkuro hes strong and one of the best puppet masters ever.
7. Naruto Uzamaki is funny annoying and someone i would be friends with.
8. Hinata Huyga is shy and reminds me of my best friend.
9. suigetsu is a fishy guy but is really cool and is one of the strongest in the taka group.
10. Shikamaru Nara one of the lazest ninjas in the world but is strong and funny.

1) Naruto-cause he can freaking adapt to anything and he MADE HIS OWN JUTSU!!! and a bunch of other stuff that would take too long to list
2)Yondaime-Madara couldn't even beat him and he wanted to die with his wife if anyone beats that (besides Naruto) then tell me I wanna know talk2hand
3)Madara-Madara is the bloody reincarnation of death burning_eyes
4)Itachi-Itachi killed his bloody family except his bro whom he loved and tried to protect and he protected his entire village....
5)Tsuchikage-HE CAN CARRY A WHOLE DANG ISLAND AND HES TWO FEET TALL....he reminds me of Yoda...OH AND HE CAN FLY!!!)
6) Kakashi-can send you into another realm...on occasion
7) Tsunade-She can flick you into the next country
cool Jiraiya- Can YOU summon a toad that is five stories tall??? I thought so.....
9)Gaara-IS A BEAST
10) Chiyo-Baa Sama (The old puppet lady that died)- YEah she can bring the dead back to life without using the dark arts i believe that counts as pretty boss
