Anyone have any disappointments about the game? Mine is the Human AI. The higher the difficulty the more stupid they get until they walk around whole cities to save you from a Smoker or Jockey 9 feet away.

Most definitely the AI.

Likewise, in the original they said they intentionally arranged the maps so that one would be guided using lights, one would travel through the dark towards the light. This aspect cannot apply to alot of the day maps, and other maps. Often times I found it unclear where exactly I supposed to be going.

The Uncommon Common infected are in no way selling points like they were made out to be. The only uncommon that was cool was the Mudmen. It was awesome. Otherwise, The Clowns are just infected that honk when you beat them upside the head, the Riot zombies are just zombies that require you to hit and shoot in the back, the Hazmat zombies are more than useless, and the Hardhat zombies don't even qualify.

The new Special Infected are just weird. The jockey's probably the reason the AI's been turned into retards. If the AI was as fast a shot as they were in the first game, They'd shoot the jockey off the second it jumped onto a Survivor. Likewise, if the survivors caught fast enough, its easily rendered useless. The spitters a better ambush infected, but its usually caught and shot quickly.

They mentioned before that they were coding in a night-to day cycle. Essentially all they did was make an alternate Witch and programmed the director: If your playing on Maps during the day, spawn the Wandering Witch, and if your playing on maps at night, spawn the normal Witch. That's about it.

Otherwise, its not bad... unless I remember something else that annoys me.

I justl iked everything except the AI. The maps were fun and were a better improvement on the director choosing what spawns where changing your path and forcing you to look for more weapons and such. It's just the AI make it damn near impossible to beat Expert on single player, I hope Valve fixes this in a future update since I'm on the 360 version.

The AI has always been...lacking in the survivor bots, so thats not too annoying for me. My biggest complaint is the achievements. I have every one, save The Real Deal and SSTP. I plan on getting them before Christmas. That will mean I have them all in slightly over a month (maybe under). The original L4D's were much harder, such as All 4 Dead, which itself isn't difficult, but takes time and effort to get. You need a good team, and whatnot.

A wing and a prayer was extremely easy. If it wasn't glitched, I'd have gotten it on my third try, but instead it took about 8 tries. Not anywhere near as challenging as Untouchables.

Tankburger is pretty easy, especially with all 4 people doing it on anything other than expert.

Qualified Ride was also very easy, as I got it in my first VS. match, on my third time as the jockey. Big Drag, from the Original L4D took me quite a bit, because it was very close to the maximum drag distance you could get, and you pulled slowly.

Zombie Genocidist took a long time to get, but there are none like that in this game. The only thing close is for the Avatar Award for 10k kills, but I unlocked that on the second day I had the game. So, in theory, I'd have gotten ZG in about a week or so ifin it existed, where it took months in the original to get.

The one thing I find upsetting that doesn't involve achievements is that crowning the wandering witch is quite easy. I get killed one in every 5 witches I crown on expert with the pump shotgun in the original. So far I've crowned about ten wandering ones on expert realism( going for TRD) with pump shotguns and still haven't gotten killed more than once, I believe.

But that isn't a bad thing to everyone, because many people are still scared of the witch.

Overall, I think it is a badass game and worth what I paid.
