What is it, you ask? Have you ever wanted to say something as your character but it was something your character knew nothing about?
Well, this forum gives you that chance! Just think of it as your characters (played by you, of course) are watching the events unfold in the RP like they are watching a movie or reading the rp themselves! Ever talk during a movie or yell at a book? This gives your characters that same chance! Everything said/posted in the ICC threads DOES NOT APPLY IN GAME. None of it will come into play unless you and the person/people it affects want(s) it to.

Take for example...Evander and Chay just had a big fight. John and Crimson weren't in the room but they are still itching to comment about it. They can come in here and comment.

Crimson: "Evander. Chay. What ya'll just said in the rp was STUPID. Ya'll fight over the dumbest things!"

They didn't say it in real game play, Chay and Evander could come in and comment on what Crimson and John said. None of it is in the real rp.
It will be, in fact, hilarious to read. XD
