Personality: A very hard and tomboyish woman, she speaks her mind on any subject with absolute realism and harshness. Though she is usually level-headed, at the slightest provocation she will swing her zanpaku-to, Meshi-Rogun at the annoyance. Loves to fight and never gives ground in a battle. Ruthless and relentless she pursues her goals single-mindedly while calculating her chances at success. When she is not fighting or on duty, she is usually lounging somewhere quiet and peaceful.

Physical Description: Her skin is dark and covered with battle scars, with hair whiter than snow tied back into a ponytail. Her right eye was taken from her in a battle long ago when she was still alive and now she wears a grey headband positioned to hide the hollow cavity of an eye socket. Her remaining eye is pupiless, but not sightless and the iris is a harsh ice blue surrounded by deep electric blue. Anyone around her feels that they're always being watched, because they are. She wears a long, high-collared, black coat with pitch-black leather pads on the shoulders and elbows, a thin shirt made of durable material with an orange-red sun on the right side and blue wisps of smoke coming from the left, an old leather bracelet like the kind she wore when she was an actual Amazon, and a regulation black Hakama. She hardly wears anything on her feet unless she uses a gigai or there's a formal meeting in her squad.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description: Meshi-Rogun. A large battle axe with two spikes opposite from the square blade. the handle is a metal rod with worn leather straps braided to form a strong grip. Meshi-Rogun's spirit form is a small Capuchin monkey that wears black and crimson robes with strange armor on his left arm and chest. He carries a silver chain with a heavy weight at one end.
Zanpaku-to Sword Type: Battle-Axe
Zanpaku-to Element: Damascus(A mixture of metals that is stronger that all known metals)
Shikai: Prepare for battle! Meshi-Rogun! The axe grows to be twice it's origonal size and has a bladed chain with a spiked weight at the end. Maiza has no named attacks for her shikai, prefering to fight silently and concentrate soley on the fight.
Bankai: "Through trial and hardship, may we remain Victorious! Bloody thine blade, Meshi-Rogun! Maiza appears in black and crimson robes with Pitch black armor on her left arm and chest. Her axe becomes three different weapons, a double-bladed axe, a large rectangular claymore and a weighted chain. Specialized Attacks:
RAIZE THE FIELD- Maiza raises the axe and brings it crashing to the ground, releasing an enormous wave of reiatsu which flattens an area 100 meters in all directions. This move creates a veritable field of battle along with flinging most enemies away or into stationary objects, inflicting heavy damage. Persons on the outside of the hundred meter range are suceptable to damage, but not as likely.
RAKING DESTRUCTION- Her chain connect her axe and sword. She then spins the joined weapons in a wide arc, feeding reiatsu into the chain to lengthen it as the blades spin faster and physics carry them further from Maiza. As the chain gets farther from her hands two small sharper-than-razors-blades appear on each link in the chain, creating a shield of thorns. If someone gets in under the whirling veil of blades they, short of reaching into the blurred blades, will remain safe. Though getting past her offensive defense would be very hard seeing as Maiza only uses this move when there is at least ten meters between her and her adversary.
SPECIALTY AXE/SWORD/CHAIN-Maiza uses one weapon with beyond expert skill, decimating her opponents with speed(sword), strength(axe) and agility(chain). There are downsides to each weapon.
(New Abilities may be added when Maiza truly achieves Bankai and if their approved by her captain and vice-captain or the GC and GVC)
Hado: Maiza only practices Hado. She has mastered the basic spells and practices for days when she comes across a new one.
Skills: Zanjutsu-Maiza is a master with large weapons, especially axes.
Bio: In life Maiza was an Amazon. Because of her stunning visage she was made a warrior-priestess. During a battle with white explorers she was shot in her eye and almost died. She lived for another twelve years before dying in her sleep after fighting a large panther and sustaining severe wounds.
She woke in a field near the southern gate of the Seireitei. She found an abandonned Zanpaku-to that immediately responded to her touch and transformed into her current weapon, Meshi-Rogun. After recieving Meshi-Rogun, Maiza found the Southern gate and requested entrance to some Academy she had heard of from common Ryoka. She was tested by the guardian and admitted.
She spent several years trying to practicing her kido and only excelled in Hado and Zanjustu. She grew tired of being showed up by her younger peers and petitioned to enter the Eleventh Squad.

Other than that constitution skill, I think this profile is pretty solid. That's kind of like preparing to be able be all "The hit connected, but it had no effect whatsoever on the shinigami" in fights. That would definitely cause problems. So when you remove that, the profile is accepted. As for the squad and rank, you'll have to apply directly to that squad and take whatever seat the captain feels you should have.
I looked at the seating there, and it looks like the seat you're shooting for is open. You'll probably get it with relative ease.
