I wouldn't attribute it to vegetarianism just yet. You should just schedule a visit with your family doctor if it concerns you. I didn't notice any changes when I switched.

that has kind of happened to me too near the beginning (it didn't go away completely though. I just goit every 2 months instead.). Don't worry, your body's just adjusting, it should go back to normal soon.

Actually now that you mention it, Mine got alot lighter after I became a vegetarian. Then about every five months it would be super heavy. Now its going back to normal, but i never really associated that with me switching confused

I've been a vegetarian even before I had started my period so I didnt notice any changes.
