actually I want the sims 2 for the pc
there's a site called modthesims2 or something like that (I don't think they have one for the 3rd one...yet)
but anyway, you can modify the game, so you can have your sim look like a naruto character (hint: you could make a sasori sim, with that site)
it's all over youtube (just look up "sims on crack" trust me wink )

for sims 3 those kind of stuff aren't made yet ;]

all they have -so far- is for a sim to look like naruto, no one else -yet-
