7)Owners of the topic have the right to kick out people with a good reason
cool Owners of the topic must monitor the content of their topic and report any problems to the vice captains or captain.
cool Vice captains and the captain have the right to delete topics if the content is innapropiate, if the owner of the topic has not tried to fix it
