What are Gaia aquariums? Gaia aquariums are fun flash things where you can keep up to 17 fish in and decorate! Your Gaia aquarium is located here! Barrett will get you started if you aren't already. You can buy stuff for your aquarium at Phin Phang. But why waste money on fish? See the next post.

What is Booty Grab? Booty Grab does NOT have anything to do with grabbing butts. It DOES have to do with getting lots of Gaia gold though! Booty Grab is a random event that appears in everyone's aquarium that causes random fish to glow. When Booty Grab is happening in someones aquarium, the words 'BOOTY GRAB' will be over the aquarium. If you click that, the game will start up, and the random fish that are glowing will drop free gold for you to pick up! There are different kinds of gold you can catch. Non-glowing gold = +1g, Blue-glowing gold = +2g, Green-glowing gold = +3g, Red-glowing gold = +4g. You have a minute to get as much gold as possible. There are power-ups and power-downs, too. You'll find out what they are once you play the game. The gold that you earned, you get to keep! The tank owner also gets 25% of the amount you get, so every time you Booty Grab, you are also helping someone win gold!

How do I Booty Grab? The easiest way to play Booty Grab is to see a glowing aquarium in someone's Gaia signature. "Recycled" or "reused" threads are a good way of helping the tank owner and others get more gold.
In your signature (make sure your aquarium is in your signature!!), put something like: "Bump here if you see my aquarium glowing!" and provide the link to the thread in the Gaia Aquarium forum you want bumped up. If someone sees your aquarium glowing, they would clink the link to go to that thread and bump it up so others can see that the aquarium is glowing too. That means more gold for you, and more gold for everyone!
The people with tanks and recycled threads' threads will be bumped up constantly, with an aquarium for you to grab!
