Definitely, Gaia can't just remove something and then give a crappy reason like it's bad for your virtual lungs, for removing it.

I hate to sound pessimistic but I've seen a lot of stuff supposed to 'go down in gaian history', unfortunatly most people on gaia don't have much of an attention span, so really the best we can hope for is we at least leave a big enough footprint on the Administrator's asses that they think twice before deciding if they should or shouldn't do something like this again.
