Your battle field will be the entire expanse of the "Fake Karakua Town"
Have fun with it and remember you are going for the Squad 2 Captain title.

For this battle you both have access to Shikai and Bankai.
I will also permit access to Shunko and Shunpo.

Kiwischima sat on the middle of a small roof top stairing up at the clouds, a thin trail of smoke leading up from the end of his cigarette. His eyes were placid and his face blank as he just enjoyed the beautiful sky. Mikaihatsu was awake and alert for once in his existence, and awaiting the conflict to come. Kiwischima was prepared, right now he was just calming his nerves and getting himself in the right mindset for a conflict.
Kiwi had everything he needed for the challenge ahead, strapped with some of the most advanced devices in the SRDI he was sure he had the upper hand but he still needed to make sure he didn't under estimate his opponent. He was waiting for her to appear and formally introduce himself to his opponent and then he would begin. He didn't like the idea of blindly attacking an opponent without meeting them first. He didn't know much about her, but he had been given her name and rank and was told nothing more. Pulling out a small jug he set a glass before himself and a glass before where she could sit and patiently waited.

Raynix was exited. Exited for finally having a chance of being a captain class in the Sereitei. That has been her dream, ever since she had died and reappeared here, in the spirit world. Plus, that was one of the most respected positions that you could achieve, and she was going to try her best to get that respect.
As she entered the arena, it was like the human world... only different. There was no humans or souls, exept the shinigami sitting across the way. That must be my opponent. Rayne thought to herself as she headed towards his direction. He didn't seem like he was going to attack her as soon as she got near him, so she relaxed. It isn't like her to be tence anyway, not even in battle. The purple haired woman was more to go out drinking and having a good time.
Reaching him, she smiled. His name was Kiwischima, right? That was the name of her opponent, so the officials said. "Konnichiha, I'm Raynix Abari. It is nice to meet you..."

Kiwischima gave her a kind smile as he stood slowly, his knees popping from how long he had been sitting, "Kiwischima Moratomi. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. So, will you be willing to have a nice cup of tea with me before we begin or would you like to get right to business? It's a wonderful brew, one of the finest in the Sereitei." He said as he comfartably sat back down again.
Very carefully he poured his own glass first and then hers, whilst keeping his free hand in the air to show her that he was not tampering with the contents in anyway. As he finished the steam billowed off of the tea beautifully showing how fresh it was. Taking a last drag he placed his cigarette above his ear and let out a flowing cloud.He smiled at her as he picked up his glass and took a sip to show her his intentions were good. Although he did fight inventively he was not an underhanded fighter.

Nodding at his question, Raynix sat down across from him. She watched as he poured her tea and his attempts to show her that he wasn't fighting dirty. Smiling over at him, she took the tea cup in her hands and sipped it gently. It was good, really good. "Wow, your right. This is some of the best tea I've drank in a long time. Thank you." She said warmly.
After taking another sip, Rayne put her cup of tea down and looked up at him. "Since we are relaxing first and fighting later," She began, with a smile on her face. "Why did you decide to try out for the Squad Two Captain-ship?" So far, the man sitting across from her was interesting. She hadn't met many people in the academy that was like him, which was good. Everyone there was boring, or always so serious.

"I told you. The groves behind 12th sqaud are some of the richest tea leaves in all of Soul Society. Captain Sengo has a temper at times and needs to relax." He said with a smile.
"The pursuit of knowledge if you would believe that. My Captain is a genius and I want to do anything I can to further his research. With control over the Onmitsukido I would have the ability to basically do anything he needed. Also partially I just like the idea of being a captain, there is so much freedom to be had when you reach the top. Don't think that I am naeve though, I know the work is strenuous. How about yourself pretty lady?" He said with a smile as he fell back on the roof and stared at the clouds.

Raynix listened to him, as he spoke about his current captain and the groves behind squad twelve. It was interesting to listen to someone whom is already apart of a squad; since she isn't assigned a rank yet. Putting her hands behind her, she leaned back and looked up at the sky.
Why did she want to be a captain? That was a simple, but complicated question to answer. It was simple, because she had lived her life and knew that she had to do this. On the other hand, someone that wasn't there wouldn't know anything about her, and not know why she had to try her best.
"When I was young... before I died of cource, I was always told that I couldn't do anything. That is all I really remember about my previous life, but somehow... I still believe it. What a lousy thing to remember, huh?" Rayne said, laughing. "Anyway, would you like to get started?"

"Not really. That could be a wonderful thing to remember if it drives you to always suceed. All I remember is my love of Soccer, if you ever get bored come out to West Rukon there is a field where the children play, we'll play a fun game." He said with a big smile, he was thinking about her answer as he put the cigarette back in his mouth.
"I guess so." He said softly as he breathed in deep, but not inhaling his smoke. As he breathed out the cigarette sent out a large cloud of smoke poured out enveloping his figure and filling the space between them. As Kiwischim jumped up he threw two daggers through the smoke and jumped from the roof top landing in the alley before jumping through a window and heading to a farther location leaving some insignificant traps that would allow her to track him. Hidden around his fake traps were real threats though, kido explosives and a few poisonous spore pods that when disturbed could cause temporary paralysis.

Slidding one of her feet back, Raynix easily dodged the daggers. She couldn't see anything through the smoke, and that was when she smiled. This was going to be fun. He was good at this, and she realized he would be good being the captain of squad two. Though, he also didn't know her either. It is true that he probably had more experience in combat, since he is in a squad; she hasn't. On the other hand, she also is very connected with her zanpaktou.
Sencing his spiritual pressure moving away, Raynix knew it was safe enough to move through the smoke. But she had to be careful, she knew he would lay traps on the way.
Without another thought, Rayne ran through the smoke and looked down to a ally. Going into a building? It was a bad idea, but she had to do it anyway. Making sure she wasn't making any noise, she entered the window. Seeing a few kido explosives and poisonous spores, she gave him credit. Doing some minor flips and dodges, she made it out in one peace and without any scratches.
As she neared him, Raynix drew her zanpaktou and stabbed it into the ground. With this, large ice cycles grew from the ground towards him. It would be easy to dodge them if you were on your guard, but that wasn't all that they could do.

Kiwischima smiled as she came through the house so easily, she had ignored his minor traps and seen his more dangerous ones right off the bat. She was definately skilled, but Kiwischima liked to always have a back up plan. When the icicle came up towards him he lept from the ceiling and fell to the floor, as he rolled past her position to continue down the hall he pulled a thin trip line that was linked to the explosives in the room she just exited.
Taking two more steps he jumped through the window and caught the edge flipping himself up above the window sill with his Zanpaku-to at the ready, the explosion shook the house and he had to wonder if she had fallen for it. Mikaihatsu was noting the danger of ice types to him in the back of his mind and he knew to keep his distance from her until he fully understood what her capabilities were.

Quickly using the ice crystal to make a shield, Raynix smiled. This was fun, just how she thought it would be. He was skilled, that was good. More of a challenge. Drawing her zanpaktou from the floor and slicing it towards the window, the ice followed in that direction; completely destorying that side of the building.
Instead of walking out though, she decided it best to go out the other side of the building. It wouldn't be safe for her to just walk out, knowing full well that he was out there waiting for her. Using shunpo, she made it to the roof and looked down. There he was, just where she wanted him. With a twist of her zanpaktou, the ice crystals that were now in the side of the other building, shot out at him once more.
He could either go into the building again, or he could jump up where she was. Either way, she was ready.

Kiwischima was startled when ice destroyed the end of the hallway, she seemed to have full control over the icicles and their direction. Concentrating on her movements he felt the burst of reiatsu as she made it to the roof and then armed his shikai, the ball was sitting on his head as he bounced it lightly into the air. Flipping forward quickly in his tight position he placed his hands on the wall and kicked the ball with all of his might against the adjacent wall sending it up ricocheting off the wall towards her heightened position.
Using shunpo he drove himself up at her swing his foot with full force towards her point of contact with the roof, trying to remove her balance before the ball would strike her. His unique style of fighting combined with a hardened projectile could make him rather hard to handle at times, ecspecially with the steel plates strapped to his shins and forearms.

Gripping her zanpaktou tighter, Raynix watched as kicked a ball towards her. A soccer ball? He did tell her earlier that he did enjoy playing soccer when he was alive. Very interesting. She thought to herself, as it came up towards her.
Suddenly, the building rumbled under her and she jumped. Rayne then stuck her zanpaktou infront of her, as it helped her from getting hit by the ball. He was good, really good. Though, she wasn't going to give up... that wasn't even in her vocabulary. Knocking it away, she shot down at him. At the same time, the ice crystals shot up at him from below.
Raynix was above him, and her ice was below him.

Kiwischima noticed that she was an ultimatum fighter, she tried to pin you between two attacks and disrupt your style. Slamming his foot down on the ball it spun heavily in place before rolling on top of his foot and pooping it up just above his head. Throwing all of his weight upside down he aimed his shot off of a building next to him while activating it's main ability. The thin cloud flowed outward as it shot off of the surroundings filling the air with the poisonous spores. Kiwi liked the spores because unlike poisons or toxins you couldn't really build up an immunity to fungal spores, they were reliable and very effective.
Lifting one of his hands he pointed it at the oncoming ice and composed his concentration very quickly before releasing the Kido. "Hado 54 Haien" The purple burst of reiatsu was known for it's ability to incenerate targets and he hoped it would deal with the ice. Kiwi was just glad it didn't explode in his hand. Pushing off the ground he pulled himself inward onto the roof for safety. Mikaihatsu was still Ricocheting off of every thing it touched, it's bounce multiplying with each building and cross patern, sticking a free hand out Kiwischima brought it to a halt.
"Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and tear out your own throat!" Kiwischima's words were quick and loud as the orange tendril appeared in his hand and he quickly cast it like a wip at his attacker. If it entangled her this fight could be over rather quick, using Mikaihatsu's secondary ability he could just pin her to the roof and wait.

Stopping in mid-air, Raynix watched as Kiwi destroyed her ice crystals. So poison was also part of his zanpaktou. He didn't know that she used poison either. A small explosion went on, as the ice crystals turned into small grains; looking like snow. Hearing his chant, she was then tangled in a orange tendril. Smiling down at him, she had to admit that he did get her there. Although, it was far from being the end.
Being able to sqeeze her arm loose, Rayne slashed her zanpaktou at the tenril, making it drop her. "Toushou." She whispered, as the orange tenril started to freeze. Speed and poison, against ice and poison. This was starting to get interesting. With a small motion of her zanpaktou, more ice crystals formed and shot up at him, causing the snow to shoot up too.
"HadÅ #58: Tenran." Raynix yelled, as the snow like particles got caught in the tornado type kido, as it shot down at him.
