Hello Everyone,

I've been reading more and more thread/post of Gaia banning users after the post something against the ban. I highly doubt they are being banned because they disagreed with the tobacco ban. The likely reason for them being was because the broke Gaia's ToS.

I can stress enough that everyone follow Gaia's ToS. I know how angry and upset everyone is, I am too, but you have to understand that breaking the rules does not help. In fact it actually hurts our cause. If go around posting whatever we want with no regard for the rules Gaia will think we are acting childish and shouldn't be taken seriously.

So for the sake of our cause and your account, please follow all of Gaia's ToS.

It doesn't seem right to make the implication that people are being banned purely for protesting, which obviously isn't true, otherwise we would've all been hit by the ban hammer by now.

I've seen a few people banned but not over the protesting. Many of the people were expressing their opinion in the wrong way.
Yes, we're angry, but if we attack with anger than it doesn't support our cause.
We need to rationally think about our protests. We're on touchy boundries and we need to stick to the rules but beat them at their own game using logic rather than anger :3
