This is to everyone in the giuld. We have at least five Vice Captains. One vice captain is the second in command and that is Heavenly_Raven. Though we have five myself and Heavenly are the only two who are allowed to make rules about this giuld. We will not have anyone being power happy and telling people that they are ganna ban anyone Heavnly_Raven and I are the only two who can do this. If any of these rules are vilotated you shall be demoted and banned.
