With the popularity of mixed martial arts on the rise ... it was only a matter of time when women started to compete ... there are so many big and talented names out there ... Gina Carano, Kim Couture, Kerry Vera, Sarah Kaufman, Tara LaRosa, Cris "Cyborg" Santos, Shayna Baszler ... but what do you guys think ... can women hang in mixed martial arts ... or do you think it is a mistake ... don't worry ... you won't be judged ...

I have three women who train in my self-defense class, which shares much in common with most MMA training. They are every bit as capable as the males in my class, and typically hold their own even against larger, more aggressive opponents.

It s great fun training with the girls in our group ... put the perverted crap to the side ... my stand-up has improved in spades thanks to ladymuaythai ... and my wrestling has gotten much more tight thanks to ladymma ... I thank you guys for that ... if anything that is what the martial arts are about ... in any stlye or form ... it is not biased ... anyone can specialise in them ... male or female ...

Women are just as good as guys ... if anything ... I drill you guys in the striking ... hehehe ... anyway ... women are great fighters ... if anything we have a bit more to prove ... not to sound femenist ...

hmm...yeah i've seen a few girl fights that lasted way longer than guys
they have great stamina and a volley of punches.
