Piano here biggrin
I took lessons when I was small, but taught myself most of what I know
I've been in choir since elementary school, so I've always had a loose grasp on the finer points of music theory. Like...I can read sheet music just fine, but certain key signatures are just...evil.
I'm currently having a hard time with 16th notes and those little trill things, which are abound in the piece I'm trying to perfect sweatdrop Mozart, I will dance on your grave stressed jkjk, Mozart is totally awesome.
I really want to learn violin. My mother tried to put me in lessons when I was younger, but I was so against it that she let me quit. I wish I stuck with it, it's such a pretty instrument crying crying heart
so, any musicians out there~?

I have great respect for anyone who can play an instrument or sing, mostly because I cannot. I really love music, of all kinds. Dancing is good too, but not that grindly crap. Old couples dancing. I want to learn.
As for instruments, I long to play the bagpipes or the qin.

I used to play the flute, but I'm not that good. Probably still could play if I ever wanted to pick it up again. I know how to play a few potter songs on it!

I've never been able to play an instrument. if I could play anything, I would want to learn the piano, violin, and guitar. :B
