Ok Im going to be working on this Characters back ground. As in what happened to her before she goes over seas. And what brought her to where she is now.

Starr was born to royalty over seas, but she is being sent over seas to the Sates to get a better education, and to learn more of her power. She has had it since the day she was born. This is what she is telling every one but its not the hole truth. Yes she is a princess from over seas and she was sent here to learn but thats not the only reason. See her small country where she was from is being attacked and so she would be safe they found a good school over seas and sent her there as a secret. Where they hope she will be safe. She must acted as a regular teenage girl. She was able to keep most of her things and a lot of money was sent to the school to keep her safe.

As a baby...
Ages 1-3 Starr was born on March 06, in the early morning. She was never a loud baby or one who stayed up. She was lovely and always sleeped in her father's lap. When she was three Starr broke her arm falling off a tree. Even in a cast she tried to clime the tree.
She use to finger paint and when she was three she was in her art room and ended up finger painting her art room. The king and queen though it was funny so they left it as Starr put it.
Starr's first few steps were when she was only eight months old, and she was talking by eleven months. She was born with green eyes and weighted 9 pounds even. She ate just about anything and still does.
As a kid...
Ages 4-8  Starr Williams is an only child and growing up she played with the helps kids most of the time it was the stable hand's son, Logan Kin. But some times the Duke of the north island would have business with the king and would bring his family of four kids with him, and Starr would have more people to play with. So her child hood was not boring, nor was it lonely.
The four kids of the duke name's are James, Jasmine{Twins, and oldest}, Jake{Same age as Starr}, and last of all is Megan Evangelista{Two years younger then Jake and Starr.} The dukes wife's name is Lisa and the Duke's name is John, and he is Starr's Uncle. John was Starr's mother's older brother, by two years.
Starr learned how to fight and how to ride horses. She knows how to play just about any instrument, but plays piano best. She hunts some times with her father. But most of the time she was around the palace as a kid. The grounds were so big[Still are if not bigger] and there was a lot to do.
Starr rode a horse for the first time when she was five and fell off, she broke her leg and collar bone, but she never gave up and is one of the best riders today.

As a preteen... Ages 9-13 As Starr grew older she and Logan grew closer, they became best friends and every one thought it was weird for a princess to be best friends with the help, but Starr was brought up better then that and she believes any one can be friends, it don't matter the amount of money you have or who your family was.
Starr has learnt different langues and she learnt about different cultures. One summer she went to England and stayed with the king and queen for the summer to get the feel how other royals run there country.
She walks in the villages all the time, she loved to see how her people were doing and would even play with the children. Most of the time her mother and father, king and queen, would go with her on these walks and even had picnics in the fields. That was mostly around spring time. As a teenager... Ages 14-now {17} 
At the age of fourteen she had her coming out ball were royalty from the surrounding lands and even the ones in her land came and danced. That night Logan even was aloud in he had a tux and everything. Starr had to dance with all the guys there but Logan, she saids, was by far the best one there to dance with. Mostly because the hole time they dance they talked about things she liked, not about what the guy liked.
At sixteen Starr went on her first date, with prince William. It was funny because Starr's last name is Williams, and the only difference was a 's'. She still laughs at it some times. Although her mother and father set the date up so that the two would met and spend time together, Starr was not ready for marriage so her mother and father did not push it.
Now Starr was seventeen and their land has been getting threats, and for Starr's safety she is being sent over seas, where no one will know. The reason that Starr is being sent away and not the hole family is because the threats were being made at Starr. The kings advisers think it is coming from a guy who likes Starr and want to marry her and will not rest until he does. But its not for sure yet.
So Starr must go to the States and act as a normal seventeen year old girl, who is not a princess or next in line to be queen. Only two guards will be going with her and she can not call home nor mail them, although email is fine sometimes.
