Character's name:Alex Shiro ( pronounced Aaleks Shieroo)
Age: 200 but looks like 20
Appearance: pure white hair till just below his face that is most of the time rufled, blood-red eyes that he covers with blue contacts so that he doesn't stand out more then he already does with his white hair. He is 6 Feet and 2 inch long and is almost alway's seen wearing a red blouse and a coat wich is black as the night that goes all the way to his ankles while his hands are most of the time in his pockets. his skin is slighty sun-tanned and usually wears a pair of fighting-gloves, occasionally putting them in his jet-black pants when he needs to be formal.
Occupation: Squad 6, 7th seath
Reiatsu color: White, almost to the point of being transparant
Abilities: enhancing his endurance and strength by the reishi of his surroundings, the greater amount of it is used the greater the enhancement is. Since using reishi would mean taking it away from somewhere else he prefers to keep it to a minimum, not really wanting to see what the limit would be to the enhancements.
Skills:he has basic knowledge of wrestling, boxing, judo, gymnastic , jujutsu, muay thai and Koshijutsu, all of what he learned in lessons polished to perfection wich makes him a versatile fighter to have with you while being a dangerous enemy to fight.
Personality:As long as the others don't act all high and mighty he is really a nice and caring guy to know and to get along with, although he has some tendencies to be overprotective of others he cares about. When others act all high and mighty, (bullying and abusing power are 2 nice examples) he first calmly asks them to stop it. When they don’t stop he just attacks them without giving a second chance even if he is outnumbered, only thinking that the weak should be protected by the strong.
Bio/History:
he mostly skipped classes for training in martial arts, training his body or resting on the school roof while reading his schoolbooks believing everything that he needs to learn can also be learned outside lessons. The sole reason he wasn't kicked out of school is because he still passed all the tests that he needed to make, albeit he never got higher then 5 points above the bare minimum. When he went to learn martial arts during schooltime he went to different martial arts classes to learn the basics of it and dropped the classes when he knew the basics and a few of the stronger aspects like channeling the chi-part.
As he got more knowledge of the different forms of fighting he started mixing them to enhance his winning chances in a fight, even taking classes in gymnastic (although he immediately dropped it when he knew the most basic things ) to be more flexible .
When he started to learn the basics of Koshijutsu he knew after the first lesson he had to increase his knowledge of the human body if he wanted to learn that fightingstyle correctly, forcing him to learn over the human body. When he dropped it after the basics he also dropped his study of the human body, saying that it was enough.
It was not long after he dropped Koshijutsu that he got attacked by a group of bikers and thugs that ganged up on him, first trying to get him unconscious so that they could make it look like a suicide but later just trying to kill him without even trying to cover it up, since he fought pretty good against them. Hadn’t it been for the gun that one of those thugs brought with him there would even be a small chance he’d survive it all, killing him with a bullet next to his heart followed by a knife in his back that pierced straight in his heart.
-Soul Society-
As he woke up in zaraki he groaned slightly at the pain he felt in his back, only noticing the change in scenery and clothing after a few minutes. Thinking some punks where trying to pull a joke on him he stepped outside of the cottage and asked the first one he saw where the hell he was wich earned him a punch in the face. After his fight with the man his question was answered more then he wanted, hearing that he was in rukongai, more specifically in the zaraki district. After a few kicks between questions he learned that he was dead, in one of the worst districts possible and stuck there till the day he would be reborn as a human since the only ones who could go back to the human world where shinigami. Thanking the man for the answers, Alex asked how the rebirth part worked and left the man without hurting him further.
As hours turned into days and days into weeks he started fighting more and more while polishing his skills to get rid of the inequality, eventually earning him the reputation of a idealist, treating everyone the same as long as they did the same to him.
When he saw for the first time a hollow attack his village he tried to fight it off while ignoring the low buzzing he kept hearing the last days and maybe even killing it, almost succeeding too if it wasn’t for his lack of knowledge and zanpakutoh . When he got rammed into his house a shinigami saved him by killing the hollow and going away the moment the hollow was killed.
Thinking of how he wanted to get enough strength to beat those things, he started training with blades and his hakuda just to reach his goal. The problem was that even though his hand to hand was polished through lessons and battles, his zanjutsu was as bad as it could be even after seeing how others used it and trying it out himself for a few weeks. When he sat down while thinking of how he could improve he decided to try something of the human world, tying the blade on the back of his hand so that Alex just needed to use hand to hand while the blade did the cutting as the punches hit the opponent. When there was nothing more he could learn or even enjoy in zaraki he left for the better districts, trying to broaden his horizon. As he came in the more peaceful districts he asked about shinigami’s and all, finding a nice hidingspot in a old run down mill where he tried to use the meditation thing he heard about from the villagers. After 4 full days the buzzing became slightly clearer but no matter how many times he tried it after that for 5 months that he could never hear wich words where used. When he heard a soft voice, void of emotion calling his name while being at the tavern where he was drinking a beer Alex first looked around for 3 times before he thought of from who the voice could have been.
So you can guess how great the shock for him was when the voice spoke to him about being a part of him and the same time not. Without even finishing his drink he went to his sleeping-spot to try and contact the voice again.
‘Do you want to gain enough power to protect or are you happy enough with your current life?’
‘I want to gain power so that I can get a better life then this, maybe even getting back to the human world to see how everything is going there. How school is, how my family is and most of all how they are handling my murder case.’
‘Then first train to increase the strength of your body with the reishi from the surrounding area’s so that you can take harder beatings, deal stronger punches and be quicker to take troublemakers out.’
He went back to the bar to get some intel about the reishi part, frowning at the prospect of taking reishi since it would destroy buildings and others if done without control of the amount taken.
Finishing his beer he went to his sleeping spot and tried to get the reishi coming to him, training on it for a few hours after that day. When his boss asked after a year why he didn’t just tried to learn to control reiatsu instead of reishi Alex just laughed a bit, telling him a part of the story before leaving again after getting a few hints from his boss.
He had to admit it to his boss, he had some good ideas on how to get further with what he was trying.
If you couldn’t get control of reishi with trial and error practices then maybe first trying to control the reishi ones own body was made off? After 2 weeks of trying it that way he could dimly feel all his muscles, even ones he barely knew of and after 2 months he could easily feel everything in and at his body. Encouraged by this success he asked for free days, getting only two if he worked twice as hard after them. Not that it would matter, his job was to keep troublemakers away nothing more.
In about three months he quickly got it to the point of even be able to take small amounts of reishi to strengthen his punches and kicks while being able to enhance the endurance of his body.
The last thing he got from his zanpakutoh until after the academy was the name of his zanpakutoh and the compliment of being able to do it without giving up.
Zanpakuto
Zanpakuto name: Angel ( pronounced as eengel)
Zanpakuto spirit: Angel is about 6 feet and 10 inches, almost 7 feet long with flowing silverlooking hair till his shoulders with streaks of black in it for the demons.
Like the rest of the castle-inhabitants he has no wings like angels and demons are said to have in folklore and other story’s over them, instead of that he wears pure black baggy pants with a chain to his belt from the front to his key’s from the castle, a plain white shirt and a dark blue motorcycle jacket. On his left hand he wears a fingerless glove while on his right hand he wears a glove that has more resemblance to a mixture of a snowboard glove and a knightgauntlet and wears two necklaces, both of them are made of silver and have nothing on them.
Angel is a serene spirit who prefers to think things over before acting, likes to see equality between others and dislikes inequality to the point of annoying alex of stopping it whenever possible, even whacking him with a ruler when alex himself does it unknowingly.
Spiritual world: A castle like you’d see think only exists in heaven, or hell whichever you’d prefer. The castle is made on a mountain in such a way that it seems that the mountain grew through the castle, instead of having it build on the mountain. The only ones who inhibit the castle are angels and demons, being the only difference that the demons have red hair and the angels yellow collored hair. Most of the time they can get along, but at times when one side suspects the other side of something they usually bicker till the headmaster comes in between to serve as a problemsolver, wich is the only time they ever see him outside his office
Zanpakuto element: Wind
Sealed zanpakuto appearance: When sealed the blade is short, barely 2 foot long resembling more a dagger then a blade however you look at it. The handle has black and white streaks evenly distributed with the guard being as wide as the blade long is. The ricasso seems to be acid-etched with a coral like pattern that extends a bit up the spine of the dagger, and seems to continue down, through the handle of the weapon.
He doesn’t carry the sheath and dagger on his side or anything of that sort like other shinigami, instead of that he carry’s it just 3 inch above his left ankle. Just beneath the guard
Release phrase: There is a fight angel, the headmaster is needed.
Shikai: When his blade is released alex gets 2 gauntlets with retractable blades for when they are needed, even though he rarely uses them. The gauntlets are the same that angel wears on his right hand, a mixture of a snowboard glove and a knight gauntlet while weighting practically nothing to him.
The gauntlets increase his attack and defense power threefold where-as his attacks augment this quite nice.
(this one is a passive) enhancing his endurance and strength by the reishi of his surroundings, the greater amount of it is used the greater the enhancement is. Since using reishi would mean taking it away from somewhere else he prefers to keep it to a minimum, not really wanting to see what the limit would be to the enhancements, and as such does not know what the limit is in how much stronger he can get with the increase of reishi. He can get them at the ease of a beginning quincy, not really quick but fast enough for use in battle.
Charge: When he uses this attack his gauntlets extend to the point that his arms are covered in the same substance while he is heading for the opponent in a straight line, usage of this attack increase his attack again by threefold but his defense drops twofold the first time and after that doubles it when it is used. (the first time it increases the attack by threefold, the next time it adds another double on it and after that another double, same for the defense. First time drops defense twofold, after that it just doubles.) The downside of using this attack aside from the defense-drop would be the strain on his legs since he needs to get as quick as possible to the target, even risking his leg muscles damaged when used more then three times.
Gust, ignite: this one has 2 forms depending on how it is activated. With only the gust: when used the arms gain enough speed to cause a blast of strong sharp wind by ramming them forward, being the most deadly when actually hitting the target with the fists when using it. (You’d get the fists first and then the cutting wind directly after it). With gust ignite it is practically the same as with a normal gust attack, the only difference that there is a small explosion when it hits something thanks to the increased friction. Even though the speed of it is nice since it allows for rapid movement, using it much at the same time would endanger the arms since the shoulders could be pulled out of the shouldercomb where-as the elbows risk being pulled loose.
Pierce: Alex prefers to stay away from this attack since it would mean he has to use the retractable blades. When pierce is used he surrounds his gauntlets with wind to increase the strength while removing the friction where possible to give the attack a higher speed and piercing damage then with all friction still intact
Gates open: this one is a weird one since it has independent effects depending on wich of the gates is called upon. There can only be one gate active at the same time.
Gate 1 increases the attack with two each time a hit is succesfull
Gate 2 increases the defense every time a block was succesfull
Gate 3 increases the speed with half of the standard speed after each minute (one post)
Gate 4 is the most strange one since it increases reaction time, the time that is needed to react is shortened by 3 seconds. While it may sound not much, when in battle those 3 seconds can change everything for a win or loss.
Bankai: (NOT YET ACHIEVED)
With the phrase ensure peace for all, Angel his bankai is activated. His hands get the same gauntlets as shikai but in this form the retractable blades are permanent ones twice the size of his shikai ones, his clothing change to that of Angel, with a small symbol for wind on the back of his gauntlets and his shoes. His power and speed are increased tenfold while his gauntlets increase his speed threefold instead of his attack or defense
Gaze: He can use this attack with and without moving his body, when he decides not to move there is a circle around him for as long as he wants to charge it and a thin green wave is then fired. The wave is of the same thickness as a single nail while it is as sharp as possible. He can also decide to fire those waves in quick succession but has to get them constantly charged then. When he moves his body, Alex can shoot them from his gauntlets and under his feet although the ones from his feet are only strong enough to give a aftershock effect. Not strong enough to inflict damage, but strong enough to push away. The longer he charges the gaze the stronger it becomes,at its strongest point even strong enough to shoot it from under his feet with the same effect as his gust attack.
Slash wind: he envelops a blade for a few moments with wind to take all friction away, this can be used for defense and offense. When used for defense it removes the friction that would come from the kinetic energy of the impact and tries to push the other away with a slash. When used for offence, all friction that could reduce damage or speed is removed for maximized damage and speed.
Kaze: He gets complete control of the wind around him, making it his most powerfull attack and defense at the same time. He can create friction for lightning, remove friction, sharpen his own blades, push someone away or even fire a completely charged gaze without having to charge it. Even though it is his most powerfull move, he can’t keep it up for long since it uses up all his energy, is slowly ripping his muscle fibers apart after 2 minutes (2 posts) and gives excruciating pain when the fibers are starting to rip.
