(I've never been so active so I never know much of them, and I'm just new here)

My character's a shadow, ancient race of vampire, but can I get some help on knowing them.
But I want my character to be innocent about the place (since he's new here) and I want to discover those as I post in this place and continue on with the story like secrets being revealed one by one, is this ok???

King Darius is the ruler of the humans and they didn't know that he's actually a vampire!
