Ok, I want everyone to post what they think about the merge here. Please, be honest with me, I need your feedback on whether or not this will work in our favor, because we are hurting for members right now.

i actually think merging might be a good thing. this guild is sorta dead (no offense)

It is a good idea, but it isn’t really necessary. I looked into the guild and it isn’t too active either. Actually, this guild is a lesser look-alike but not by that much. Actually, if we just actively recruit people instead of letting them come to us, we can become much better. However, it can be a good idea if we merge because it is the same type of guild and it might just be enough to make that guild active. Just my thoughts on it.

Vince, I think you already know my position (which is kind of a wishy-washy one) but for the rest of the guild, I've been considering this on my own, outside of discussion, and while it might not be the "ultimate must" I think it might just prove to be beneficial to both guilds. Whatever our esteemed captains decide I will support fully. ^-^

Regardless of what I decide, it is up to everyone inside of this guild. I won't push something on my members, my crew, nor my vice if it is not in our best interest and I would never take action without consulting all of you. It's not fair for me to decide what would be "best" or the most brilliant thing to do. I'm here as a pillar for all of you, as someone that reads everything that goes in and out of here, because words seem to be the most powerful thing to me. I'm here to listen to all of you, not for you all to take commands from me. The army is different, yes. But here, we are our own individual person, and I respect everyone as such. I believe Ethril and Shanra agreeing to such a thing is huge, considering way back when I was in their guild, they discussed it with us, and decided it was the wrong course of action. They see the same way as I do, and Faery does. As it may not be needed, it is a wise decision. Simply because that puts the very best together as one. I'm proud of my guild. Of all of you. And I love every word that flows through here, but I'm hoping with this, we all benefit. Because... I can't chase after every good writer. I want them to come to us, to believe we are the best guild for them, as you did Ninja. And you, Faery. Mizu, Suki, Techno, Zen. Everyone that joined, did so believing it was the best for them. I hope it has been. As much work as I have put into here, I, of everyone, want the least to leave. But, if it will make things better for all of you, I will sacrifice more than this.
So, be honest. Don't pull punches, let me know what you really think. But keep in mind...
No matter where we go, I promise to continue being your captain as long as you all want me to.
