Of Course, You'll have to go through regulations in the 'Training Room' before you may be allowed to enter this area and participate equally.
Also there will be a set of rules to this room while fighting people, when you do fight you must follow these set of rules or it'll be a waste of time for both of you to be going at at it. Below there is a set of rules for everyone to use, and it can be modifed to how ever the person(the one who uses them) Wishes.

1. No Godmoding (Majority Judging).
2. Match Type:
3. Normal turn based Rp fight.
4. No running from this fight.
5. First one to post will detail the area(or can be decided)
6. Post Limit: Unlimited
7. Post Time: None
8. Open Match, all can enter
9. All the good stuff is allowed, like: Summons, Transformations etc.

Now for those of you who can't really use your common sense and need some explaining on the rules to be done, I'll do just that for you all.
Rule 1. No Godmoding (Majority Judging).-- This is pretty basic, I it was all explained in the Training Room, so you shouldn't be here trying to fight if you don't know the meaning of this.
Rule 2. Match Type: ---Match type is what kind of fight two or more people will be going through, a normal spar where the attack's aren't all that deadly, or a death match where any/every one can die.
Rule 3. Normal turn based Rp fight.---Turn Based fighting is, well unneeded to be explained, it's when you both take your own turns when fighting eachother.
Rule 4. No running from this fight.---Well it can be that where you don't want your person to go off and get away, or it can be another where you dont really care(most likely good for the role play in a story or something else)
Rule 5. First one to post will detail the area(or can be decided)---Well yeah, obviously the first person that posts will have to explain where they are going to fight, like what type of battle field it is going to be, or what kind of terrain.
Rule 6. Post Limit: Unlimited--- Don't mind this.. In fact, don't add it.
Rule 7. Post Time: None Don't mind this.. In fact, don't add it.
Rule 8. Open Match, all can enter--- This can be locked where it'll be just the people fighting or open where anyone can jump in.
Rule 9. All the good stuff is allowed, like: Summons, Transformations etc. Self explanatory, everything is allowed that makes the fight good... You can as well restrict this if you wish.
