I understand that my forums are set up awkwardly so i set up this "site map" of them so anyone can find the forum they need
the main forum is pretty straightfoward, what you see is what you get.
The subforums, however, have been broken into several pieces to better organize a large amount of information (which when we have all the members i want to get we will need). Each main topic in the subforum has several options listed within it so unfortunately you can't see all the individual topics that you will need. The following lists which forum contains what topics as well as a brief description of that topic and it's purpose:

The color Red marks the main topic, blue marks the sub-topic, and brown text signifies the description
Adoptions
This forum is the one that will be used for all adoptions that take place in this guild

This is the topic you post in if you would like to adopt someone

This is the topic for those who wish to be adopted
~Orphanage
This is a topic where the guild crew posts the "profile" of each person who wants to adopt or be adopted and then each gaian can go into the topic, look through their options and ask anyone on that forum to adopt them or if they can adopt
Chat
This is the forum topic for the guild members, if you want to add a topic please add it in this sub-forum. This is where guild members can express themselves in any way they want (as long as they comply with rules)

This is the official introduction forum, just post whatever you want to let your guildmates know you exist

This is a forum i created for being random, you can bump, chat, anything you want (again pg-13 or under)
Contests and Events
~Kharma
this is a complicated game but the rewards are worth it. I accept five contestants at a time for this game so check it the first monday of every month. Those five contestants basically compete over who is most generous, they donate to people and help people and then ask those people to "vouch" for them. You get points based on what you do and how many people vouch for you and at the end of the month we total the scores to see who was most generous.
~Number Draw
This is a game most gaians are familiar with. You pick a number and if that number matches the correct number for the items displayed then the FIRST person to get that number gets the item it corresponds to
Banners
~Pictures (real)
just like the name implies.....this is where you post real pictures of your family, freinds, pets, or yourself
~Pictures (photobucket)
this is where you post pictures that you found and liked, they dont have to be real and they dont have to be yours (though i take no responsibility for copyright infringment)
~Banners
this is where you post the banners you like (preferably with coding so others may use them)
~E-doptables
This forum lists animals, chibis, etc that you can "adopt". Simply copy the code listed below the creature and paste it wherever you want your adoptee to show up
Complaints
If something is bothering you or not working right posting it in this forum will alert us to the problem
~Gaia
If gaia itself is acting up post the problem here to alert us of it (Aquarium complaints should be posted here until the Aquarium forum is made)
~Individuals
This is where you report individuals for misconduct. That being said you shouldnt report people simply because you dont like them or you find them annoying.
~Games
if any gaia games are acting up post the issues your having here
~Forums
Forums doesnt often have glitches but if they do post the problem here as well as any suggestions for improving the current forum format (of gaia's forums not mine, i know mine is akward....i just don't care)
~Guilds
if guilds ever glitch post the problem here, this is also where you can "rant" about the problems with other guilds you use. I like to see what other guilds do wrong so i can avoid making the same mistake

as the name implies, if you have a question this is the forum to ask it in

if your having issues with how to send, recieve, or code messages ask about it here
~Aquarium
not sure how to work the aquarium, what it's for, or have questions about booty grab? post those here

any questions about forums, forum rules, forum etiquette, where to find mods, admins, or developers in forum? ask them here

If you have a question about gaia games, gameplay, missions (Zomg), etc than ask them here
~Zomg
while posting Zomg questions in the games topic also works i created this topic because Zomg is the most often asked about and (in my opinion) the most confusing games gaia has and as such deserves its own forum
