Personality: He is calm and refined, as most members of the Kuchiki family are. He has a very level head about him and can easily use his brain and wits to defuse a tense situation, though he never would. He is silent, reserved, and quite Nihilistic. He likes quit rooms, good books, and any game that challenges his wits. He is extremely arrogant, being very sure of his own capabilities. He Prides himself on his status, and skill with a sword.
His inner self is two-fold. He has another side to himself. Usui is an extremely power hungry being. Any chance he gets to attain more power, more strength and more skill. He has a sort of hunger for it even. There are times, where a new power, or path to strength will be dangling in front of him, and he will fight for it as if it was his only chance at life. Being powerful, and better than others is his existence, though most can't see through his cool, and reserved exterior. He is truly a dangerous individual.

Physical Description: He is tall, Very well built, thin, and handsome. He carries many of the traits of the members of the Kuchiki clan. His face is seemingly sculpted with a very fine and smooth complexion. His hair is black as night, and is always styled in a very slick, pieced manner. He has a very fit body, and is constantly working at perfecting his physical image. He has long arms, long legs, and a very slender physique. His long finger are decorated with very feminine nails, usually a silver or white color. He is often wearing a unique set of custom robes that eh had made personally for him by the unique seamstresses under the employment of the Kuchiki clan. The most noticeable feature on him is his Amethyst eyes, which almost glow in any light.
Zanpakuto Name and Sealed Description: Hebi no Shinen is a very unique style blade weapon. Both edges of this sword, the front edge and reverse edge, are sharpened. This can be dangerous to its wielder if not used wisely. The scabbard is highly decorated and reflects the royalty and grandeur of his personality.

Zanpaku-to Spirit: The Spirit, or true form, of Hebi no Shinen is that of an endlessly long serpentine fish. It has dark skin and eyes like black holes. It swims forever in the deep oceans of Usui's inner world, ready to swallow up any spiritual invaders. Hebi no Shinen is a monstrously ancient spirit that plagued the spirit world millions of years ago. As it wreaked havoc upon the world of souls, a lone spirit of the wood rose up against it and fought it. In the end, both were bound by the first Shinigami into the form of lowly swords. Over time, the were passed onward from master to master, growing in age, experience and power. Now this dakr monster of old is in the hands of the head of the Kuchiki clan.
Inner World: Usui's inner world is an vast ocean of the darkest waters imaginable. With a great and terrible serpent lurking in the dark waters of this soul, one would truly be frightened.
Shikai: "Terror and Fear. . Rain Hebi no Shinen"
The sword within the hands of Usui turns to a black liquid form, like ink. The ink then imprints itself upon several parts of the wielder's body in the form of several Serpent tattoos. These markings give him power liken to that of the great monster that resides within his blade. These abilities are as follows:
Power 1~ Usui, utilizing the elemental powers of Hebi no Shinen, can release various projectile attacks. These range from blasts of an adhesive shadowy energy that binds opponents, to raging streams of black Lightning from his fingers of palms.
Power 2~ The symbols upon his person begin to glow and then all congregate upon his forearms. This allows him to use his most favorite ability, the "Serpent Hand" technique. Charging spiritual energy into his arms, both Hebi and Usui work to power up a strong projectile attack. Depending on how Usui's arm moves the blast will take on certain movements and looks, destroying and devouring all in its path. The size and duration of the "Snake" all depends on Usui's available energy, and how long he charges.

Bankai: The bankai form of Hebi no Shinen is a terrible thing indeed. Much like the long passed captain of the 12th squad, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, Usui's Zanpakutou becomes a massive beast of power and Destruction. The serpent markings on the wielder's body fly into the air and begin to shape a massive Behemoth. It is several times bigger than even a large full grown male, and is as thick as two Blue wales of the human world. It is towering in height and monstrous in strength. Its body is covered with a hard scaly shell and several fins that act to push it through the air. It flies as if it is swimming and has a roar that could easily drive an inexperienced shinigami to the brink of insanity. It has a range of abilities, and they are as such:
Power 1: This huge and terrible creature is a monster of the sea and air, and as such has a corresponding kind of power. The beast can "dive" into solid objects, and it would appear that it is moving into water. This is an illusion, as it is merely taking on a non-physical and invisible form. While it has increased speed and is a bit hard to detect, it cannot attack in this state. If Usui is upon the creature when it does this, he too assumes the same form. The process of re-materialization is a tad slow, and leaves the giant vulnerable to attack.
Power 2: Hebi no Shinen can create waves of dark energy by flailing its fins and tail about that crush and harm surrounding beings and structures. It can also fire immense blasts of black electricity from is jagged toothed jaws. It can shoot a continuous stream of it, or short bursts, depending on the charge time.
Power 3: As a last resort, Hebi no Shinen can surround an opponent, and absorb them into its body as it disappears from the physical world. Should you be caught, feel ready to surrender your life, or at least be mortally wounded. You are transported to Usui's inner world, where the true and terrible form of Hebi no Shinen will devour you, along with all the demonic fish creatures that swarm in the waters of the Abyssal ocean within Usui. After your body is eaten and torn to shreds, you find yourself exactly where you were, without any actual wounds. This attack wracks your body with immense pain fro days, and often leaves you drained of spiritual energy. Someone of captain class or higher has the ability to break free of Usui's inner world in time to escape the attack.

1. Restrain (塞, sai)— Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Crawling Rope (這縄, hainawa) — An energy rope entangles a target's arms.
9. Strike (撃,Geki) — Engulfs a target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
Hado:
1. Thrust (衝, shō) — Pushes the target away from the caster.
4. White Lightning (白雷, byakurai) — Fires a concentrated bolt of lighting from the caster's forefinger.
Other:
White Crawl (白伏, hakufuku): A Kido Spell that allows it's caster to destroy everything within a certain radius of him/her.

Bio:
Usui Kuchiki, was the only son of the former head of the family, and next in line for Clan leadership. He was born perfectly, raised perfectly, and trained perfectly. Everything with his life seems to be perfect- to anyone on the outside.
At a young age, he discovered his energy, which was a of a Vast classification. This meant that his energy was dangerous and harmful to the are around it, due to its violent and immense nature. His parents Immediately sent him off to Soul Academy to be trained as a Shinigami, in order to hopefully bring the energy under control. Only by MILE did he exceed the standards of the academy and surpass the other students, just as a true prodigy of the Kuchiki clan would. He was proven to be a masterful swordsman who soared over his fellow classmates in skill, speed, and technique.
While Usui Kuchiki was a very proud and very reserved individual, one person, and only one, caught his eye enough fro him to expose a funner and more cheerful side of himself. Yomiko of the infamous royal clan that had founded the Covert ops. unit and ruled the 2nd division for years. He was instantly stunned by her, and from that day she was the only woman in his eyes. His efforts to persuade her and win her over were either not recognized, or blocked by her over-protective friends. Upon graduating early, he went on to still hang around Yomiko.
He continued to prove himself more than worthy to join the Gotei 13. He graduated at the age of fifteen and was immediately sent out to join the court guard squads. Due to his energy and his level of skill, also his prestigious name, many clans avoided him and the thought of having him join. He became extremely angry at this and ran away. He returned at age 18 and had refined himself, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Where he was is still unknown, even to his parents, and has given rise to several rumors.
While his father was growing old and ill, he was soon to be head of the Family, but cannot do so until he has at least joined a squad. He had his eyes set on the first, sixth, and 12th squads. His inner desire for power has given rise to very dark and tragic ambitions, none of which are known. To EVERYONE in the world, appears to be just another skilled, high-born, aristocratic Kuchiki. When his father died, he immediately became the head, and soul ruler of the Kuchiki Royal Family. He had his mother removed from the manor and immediately inherited the Sash that was gifted to all Heads of family in the history of Soul Society.
He began spending a lot of time alone. Before Yomiko, A daughter of the Shihouin ((Sorry If I misspelled that.)) left Soul Society, he had planned to make her his bride, but in the end was unable to find a way to see her, due to his duties and her rebellious nature. He still has a soft spot for her, and desires some path to be with her. He heard that she married, but her spouse died at some point. Even after she returned to her position, he still couldn't make contact with her. He learned of her nature as Vizard and kept it to himself. He didn't want anything to happen to her. She was banished and he felt most sorry fro her. Being that his infatuation for her was quite intense.
The Head of the Kuchiki family now spends much time inside of the manor, training, meditating, sparring with other hand to hand fighters, working to be a close range combat master. He trains with his Nameless Zanpakutou and works constantly to reach Captain class levels of power.
