I find I always stick out my butt when I reach for my toes during stretches, what about you all?

I like to practice my balance, I've seen girls bend over to flirt and on rare occasions fall over which completely kills it. Chances are they were drunk, but even then I like to try and remain well balanced.

I practice by touching my toes, but make sure my butt's agenst a wall, it makes it more difficult but you can do that, your balance will come out amazing.

I don't do anything special, just the usual morning fitness/streching for half an hour. If I really feel I need practice, I might have a few drinks at home, get the feeling of no balance and try then.

I pretty much just do whatever comes natural, whether it be just sitting or sticking my butt out and holding my knees.
